Top Orlando Hotels Featuring In-Room Jacuzzi Tubs: Guest Reviews

However, my experience with front desk staff was far from hospitable and they made inappropriate remarks about me that I overheard. The room smelled like old cigarettes which they later place an air purifier in the room which faded the smell just a little.
The pillow cases were stained and living room sofa sheets appeared to be used. I was later told when house keeping entered the patio door was wide open which in fact it was closed and locked prior to me leaving, I believe I was told that justify the smell of old cigarettes upon arrival.
A new room was never offered . Management was just as rude and nonchalant as front desk attendants. Food on premises wasn’t great. The best part was spending time with my family and enjoying the pools around the resort. There are many other establishments that offer the same if not better . As for me and my family this is just a 1 and done.
Only other thing they could add to rooms is USB charging as needing to use UK travel adapters are tricky in room as too close to certain plugs or need to unplug lamps to use them near a table.
When we first arrived, we were already tired from traveling and had a lot of bags with us. We went inside to ask for someone to help, but were told there was no bell service. So we had to unload everything ourselves from the car and pile it all onto a trolley. After we finished doing all that heavy work, they told us a car would actually be coming to take us to our villa, which was farther from the main hotel. It didn’t make sense why they had us do all that lifting when the bags would be moved again anyway — it just made the check-in process more exhausting than it needed to be.
Once we got to the villa, the room was okay. I did notice a tiny bug outside on the door, but nothing major. We were so tired after a day at Disney that we just went straight to sleep.
The next morning, we discovered that the hotel actually had some nice activities. For kids, they had fun things like making slime and building ice cream sundaes. These little extras gave the property a good atmosphere and made it more enjoyable.
Overall, the hotel itself was good, and the activities were a nice touch. The biggest downside was the service during check-in — it could have been much smoother and more considerate for tired guests, especially those with a lot of luggage.
We will never be back and hope you spend your money somewhere that can afford a water fountain or vending machine. Awful.
You have to leave the entire property, find a gas station and bring it back. Seriously!?
We will NEVER be back and will make sure many others spend their time somewhere they can actually get a damn drink. EVEN WATER!?
Ridiculous.
As a noise sensitive person I would recommend insisting on a top floor villa (4 stories) as, should your neighbors not care too much it could get really noisy, especially should chairs and table being dragged on the balcony. Unfortunately it looks like the management does not think it is worth fixing that with chairs silencers.
The very large “villas” have everything you need though, as a rather frequent guest, I feel appliances used to be much better.
The facilities are great. The gym is fantastic and the swimming pools are quite amazing. It is a very kids friendly resort which is great though I think having one quiet swimming pool would not harm. The smaller of the three could be a perfect choice.
Plenty of activities. Fantastic location. Peaceful place overall.
Years ago you would get all staff to greet you even driving through the property. Not anymore except for a few employees or contractors. It was a nice touch. Not that I am really missing it but it shows times are changing
The resort is well maintained and has beautiful amenities and rooms. I have been coming here every year for two weeks for the past ten years and it keeps getting better! I love the pools and the tropical mature vegetation all around. Nothing beets sitting out on the patio enjoying their lovely ponds. Would recommend! This is our favorite timeshare resort! We were long time Disney resort fans, but all true Disney fans know the level of service and magic has drastically gone down and it is no longer worth the astronomical price. We love this resort for our large family!
Next, the location is so good! It’s right next to Sea World (don’t worry it’s still quiet), and 10-15 minutes from Disney Parks & Universal. Really close to the premium outlets (great for shopping!) And tons of restaurants nearby. Cannot say enough good things about Cypress Harbour!!
If I was forced to give some areas of improvement, my only one would be that the TVs are not super big/bright (49″ LG), maybe would have been nice to have a 60″ in the living room, but not a big deal since you’ll be spending most of your time out of the room in the sun or at attractions nearby!

They could do a little better with supplies. I get that they don’t clean the rooms everyday (I don’t want that, but they should check in to see about toilet paper, shower gel etc. and extra towels.
Will definitely continue to stay as long as there is availability.
Most units have a view of the lake which is beautiful. Some due to configuration do not have this view. This time I had a view of the outlets, but we had a 3br and they are only a couple on each floor.
On the positive side, the amenities and grounds of the property are well maintained and visually appealing, offering a nice resort feel. However, the rooms do not match the same standard of quality, and the outdated conditions take away from the overall experience.
The on-site restaurant was another disappointment. As expected with a resort, the prices were high, but unfortunately, the quality of the food didn’t justify the cost. I would recommend dining off property instead.
Overall, Hilton Grand Vacations has the potential to deliver a wonderful stay thanks to its amenities, but significant updates and improvements to the rooms and dining experience are needed to truly meet the level of quality guests expect.
Contrary to other reviews, there were zero issues with parking. We had zero issues with noise from adjacent units (since our unit didn’t share a lockout door). Our room was very clean and nicely appointed. The pool area is nice.
Pro tip: There are 6x 1BR units in each building that do NOT share a door with another unit. Literally all the other 1BR units are “lockout” units. This means that they share a common lockout door that connects them to another unit, usually the studio unit. Ask specifically for a unit that “is NOT a lockout unit” if you want privacy.
The bad:
I called the front desk for cleaning service and fresh linens, multiple times. It took them two days to eventually come. They did a good job when they eventually showed up. Building 1 is subject to loud noise from the pool area until 11pm at night.
I have young kids and it is challenging to sleep when teens are screaming until 11pm in the pool, right outside our patio. Consider getting a room far away from the main pool. The sliding doors don’t seal well and you can easily hear everything from the outside. I cannot imagine what this place is like during peak season.
The elevators were being repaired during my visit and some of the buttons were not working properly.
The rooms are very stingy with food prep consumables. They didn’t even provide salt and pepper, cooking oil, coffee filters, etc. Having stayed in many timeshares and extended stay places, this was the stingiest I’ve personally seen, which is unexpected of a Hilton branded resort. (The actual cookware was fine)
The ugly:
I came back to my room and found the door cracked open, twice! One of the two times, the housekeepers were probably there. I think the door was not latching properly unless you pushed it shut hard. When I called the front desk, no one came to my unit to review the issue. Many would give a resort 1 star for this problem. I’m being charitable. This was totally unacceptable.
Overall, having stayed at many timeshare resorts in my life, I do think this is a nice resort overall. The resort and rooms are nice, and the staff that actually shows up do a good job. They just have to figure out the noise issues and keep up on general maintenance better. My parents own a timeshare at another Orlando resort, and I would probably go back there before going back to HGVC Tuscany Village. If I do return, I will be VERY specific about what room I want, in what building, and double confirm.
There are two downsides that led to me giving 4/5. The parking is honestly limited. We stayed in villa 7 and had to park in the lobby parking lot because everything else was full. They do have a golf cart that can take you to your building so honestly the parking situation wasn’t a major inconvenience. The most notable downside is the thing walls. I was woken up at 8AM by the upstairs neighbors moving furniture and running around. To my left I could hear some lady screaming at house cleaning (so rude). Honestly, that was my major issue with the stay. Overall the place was very clean and the rooms were cute, I do wish they would look a bit more rustic so it can fit the whole Italian vibe.
Two separate families checked in and out at the room next to us, and each time until 11 to 12am, you could very much hear them talking at their normal levels. Not their fault, nothing to be done about it.
Good things: The pool is heated, beautiful, and never over packed. There are two hot tubs at a pretty decent size. Love to see it. They have great drinks at the pool bar at reasonable prices(drink of the day 8$, refillable buckets @17.95). You get 2 free coffees or bottled waters each day. There are activities to do around the pool such as connect four and ping pong. You are literally right beside the mall and there are gates that take you right to its parking lot. Takes about 5 mins of walking.
All in all, this is a good hotel if you are not a light sleeper and plan to not go to bed early. Unfortunately I am both so I will not be booking again.
