Wonderful place to stay while visiting the Tri-Cities the in room robe and slippers make for a comfy addition to your stay. Enjoy walks along the river especially beautiful with all the Christmas lights. We have been coming to this hotel for more than 4 years. Still the same exceptional service and rooms.
Another Fantastic Stay at the Lodge. Lance and crew at the front desk were exceptional and made sure our stay was fun and enjoyable with no stress. In fact our toy poodle bonded with Lance and would always want to visit him when we were down in the lobby. Can’t say enough good things and you will love the views of the Columbia River.
We stayed in the Riverfront King Premium room. It was beautiful and very clean, the food was also fantastic. We loved the small kitchenette area that had everything we needed. There was also reasonably priced wine options available with wine glasses in the room. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area. The only complaint I have is that housekeeping came into our room as we were loading our bags into the car and started cleaning before we could get everything out and do our final walk through. When I came back to grab our last bag they were going through it. We had not even checked out yet, It was very uncomfortable and quite frankly unacceptable for a higher end establishment.
First time staying here and it won’t be the last. We stayed in room 403 and it was very nice. Amenities were great. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone from the front counter, spa and housekeeping were so incredibly friendly. Our little loved the clean open floor plan and the view ❤️. Room service was good. My husband had the pecan pie french toast. It was tasty but was pretty small for the price($15 for 1 slice). The melon salad was so good. I ordered it both mornings. So refreshing and filling. Next time we will stay longer and enjoy the other amenities offered. Thank you for such a wonderful stay at #TheLodgeAtColumbiaPoint
The BEST place!! I walked in and it’s was welcomed by Lance and his fantastic team full of smiles! Clean, quiet, comfy and fabulous! I spent several days while working in Richland and this is what you need when around here! Thank YOU Lance and the whole TEAM! You can count on them for a great stay!
The stay was nice. We chose to stay there knowing that the kitchen was being remodeled, with the understanding that work was 9am to 5pm. So we were pretty annoyed with the work beginning, loudly, at 7:45am in the morning. Might be nice at other times, but I don’t recommend paying full price to stay in a construction zone
Easily one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Exceptionally clean, wonderful food and views, and the hot tub is to die for. It’s huge and they have a fireplace outside to compliment it. their romance package is by far the nicest one I have ever paid for and it was WELL worth the money. These folks know how to satisfy customers. Way to go staff members.
Had an amazing experience here with my wife. We stayed here for our anniversary, the staff was so helpful in preparing our room. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We even had dinner at the restaurant they have here, talk about fancy.
Wow is this place super clean! Prolly the cleanest accommodations I’ve ever stayed at! Beds were super comfy and being able to bring my pup with me was a bonus in the pet friendly rooms. The lobby and fireplace were nice to enjoy. All the staff were super nice and were helpful during my stay! The only place I’d stay while visiting Port Angeles!! Recommended!!!
I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a great experience. The location is perfect, especially for those looking to explore Olympic National Park. It’s just a short drive to the coastline and nearby attractions, making it a convenient base for outdoor adventures.
The hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice perk to start the day. The staff really stood out—everyone was incredibly friendly and approachable, making you feel like you were part of the family. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to the stay, and I truly felt at home.
Overall, this hotel offers a comfortable and welcoming environment in a prime location near the park. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
Perfect stay at Port Angeles. We stayed only for a night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved that two sinks were separated. My front desk staff was very friendly. Highly recommended!
Nice hotel. First time I’ve ever been billed for a damage deposit upon check-in at a hotel though. They did say it would be refunded a few days after check-out assuming no damage to the room. But still unusual. I travel extensively and never seen this before. Kinda weird.
This is the best hotel in Port Angeles. The rooms are always squeaky clean, the free breakfast is a nice touch, & the staff are really friendly, remembering my name each time I’m here. I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in town.
We were told that this is the best hotel in the Olympic peninsula. We were not disappointed. When we arrived, we were greeted by Brianna who was totally cheerful and charming. She checked us in and quickly offered all information we needed for the hotel as well as travels in the Olympic NP. Our room was clean, spacious, and well laid out. It was also one of the quietest hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed. Although we wished there were USB ports available at nightstands. Breakfast was good, yet not outstanding. It lacked hot food variations. The hotel has lots of nice photographs of the Olympic NP in hallways and rooms. Most of the hotel staff were very nice and helpful. It lifts up this hotel from a mediocre one. They have coffee/tea/hot water in the lobby for some part of the day. We wish it is available at all times.
Beautiful lobby and nice rooms located convenient to highway and on a golf course. Wide breakfast choices (all included) and wonderfully hospitable staff. Even though short staffed they ran the shuttle to the ferry and return for us.
We stayed at Olympic Lodge for 4 nights while we explored Olympic National Park. The lodge and rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the hot breakfast, the pool and hot tub, as well as the cozy atmosphere created by the wood burning fireplace. The staff was very helpful, had excellent recommendations, and were just overall very friendly. Highly recommend!
Good hotel, we appreciated the hot tub, rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. Only downside is that the breakfast are doesn’t have a lot of atmosphere (it has atmosphere but more of a prison canteen). Overall still a very pleasant stay.
Amazing hotel. It has a very comfy cabin feel to it which fits in great with the location. Room was very large and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was a hot breakfast, not just a standard continental which was a big plus; very delicious. Staff were all extremely friendly. Highly recommend!
Room was spacious and well maintained. We had a pet friendly room with no carpet although we did not have a pet. First floor room and we could hear the people in room above walking and dog next door barking. Breakfast included and well stocked. Nothing justifies the very high price of the room. Hot tub out of commission our last day there. Recommend that you look elsewhere for a less expensive hotel.
