We were pleased with the remote feeling of the inn but how close we were to everything we wanted to do! Our room was clean and quiet and the bed was so comfortable we barely moved in our sleep! The staff was professional yet personable at the same time. Can’t wait to go back!

The property, the cottage, and the main house were very nice, comfortable, and most importantly clean. The staff delivered excellent customer service and made you feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious and the view was exceptional. We had a wonderful stay and plan to return soon.

We love this place! It is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. It is in a rural location and yet 5 minutes from Pigeon Forge or Sevierville and just a bit further to Gatlinburg. Also, we’ve made lots of friends with other patrons who stay there every year the same time we stay. The owners are great and we appreciate the prayer to bless the breakfast every morning.

We have been coming to the Blue Mountain Mist for 15 years now and every visit is filled with excellent hospitality, food and accommodations. We have been in every room in the house at one time or another and have not had one issue. It is family owned with strong Christian values. They provide high quality breakfasts and also some excellent desserts in the evening. My wife and I had a couples massage this past visit in Febuary 2023. It too was a pleasant, relaxing time. The ladies there were awesome as well and knew what they were doing.

We have enjoyed vacation trips to Blue Mountain Mist for several years. We’ve always been impressed by the friendly and accommodating staff who is almost like extended family by now!
The food is delicious, and our rooms have always been beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location is close to great vacation attractions. We love Blue Mountain Mist!

My husband and I had our wedding here and it was beautiful. We rented the whole house and it was amazing! The rooms were quaint and comfortable and the food was delicious. They serve dessert every evening downstairs and every single dessert was insanely good. I’d also like to give Chantel a huge shout out for making our wedding simply amazing! She really went out of her way to make sure it was special. Everyone else in the house was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back for years to come!

Another enjoyable stay at our favorite B&B. The Ball family goes above and beyond to make their guests feel like family. It is always clean and the breakfast is always so delicious. We love all the new updates! It is really making a big difference.

Such a beautiful, peaceful, and serene place. Definitely a place to stay to unwind and relax. The breakfast is always amazing. There’s always coffee available and yummy sweets at night. The people here are very hospitable and friendly. I highly recommend staying here for a romantic getaway or just to get away from the business of life. There is a nice foyer to sit in by the fireplace to enjoy your coffee. Also a nice wrap around porch with plenty of seating to enjoy the view.

I stay here everytime we visit Pigeon Forge which is quiet often. Jaquizzi suite and balconies on the river. Rivergate is definitely our honeycomb hideout.

DO NOT stay in this motel. It’s dated, loud (right behind a racetrack) and nasty. We ended up staying at another motel after we walked in and saw the room even though they refused to refund our money.

The pictures of the rooms look old and dated but I trusted the reviews and booked and I was not disappointed. 5 stars for the cleanliness and easy checkin process.

Had a really nice visit, loved the balcony over the river. The building is a little dated on the outside, but the room was great and comfortable. Small bathroom, but it wasn’t an issue. Housekeeping was very nice and accommodating. The go cart track was no problem as we were out during the day and didn’t hear it at night or early mornings. Great budget friendly option for a weekend trip.

It was a short get away for me and my husband. The room was fantastic and very clean. Loved the balcony, to be able to sit our there and listen to the water. I would definitely go there again. Absolutely loved it.

Check in was awesome we received a text with our room number and code. The room is absolutely beautiful. It smelled amazing and so clean. The bed omg.. I can’t even begin to explain how comfortable it is.. we still have one more night here. Sitting out on the balcony at night is amazing you can hear the water it’s so relaxing. My husband agreed we will not stay anyplace else except for here on our small get away vacations..

Rivergate Mountain Lodge truly exceeded our expectations. The room had a very cozy cottage design and feel to it. The balcony was so peaceful and truly the cleanest balcony I have ever seen at a hotel. The jacuzzi tub was very relaxing, fit 2 people easily and we noticed they provide a step stool under the counter, if needed, to get in and out. They also provide you with a coffee pot, coffee, and other small toiletries. The bed slept amazing and although there are 2 go kart tracks in front of the hotel, when the door was shut you could not hear them. As a bonus, they provide you with a breakfast voucher. The cleaning service was amazing and left the room looking spotless everyday. The parking lot is on the smaller side; However, most nights it was no problem to get a spot and the one night they were all full, we were able to park our car in employee parking for the go kart track and just had to move it by the morning (which was no big deal). As a bonus, it is in a very convenient location and we found ourselves walking to shops, the Island, and dinner shows. The check in/out was seamless and the door codes they use worked perfectly. Overall, their service truly did exceed my expectations and we will definitely be staying here again.
