My company has had us stay here the past two years for nearby training. My kids loved it last year, especially all the pools. I was solo this year. The villas are very nice, clean, spacious. The staff are very friendly, the grounds well kept. Everything is close by. I look forward to next year.

Rooms are clean and big. Bathroom was clean. Pool was warm for the cold night. All staffs are very helpful and nice. Small disappointment was poolside bar was closed around 7, but still I could grab a drink from JD’s. Room refrigerator was too small and there was no ice compartment. Except those tiny little thing, my husband and I enjoyed our stay. We would be back.

Large, sprawling resort on 40 acres with beautiful landscaping and a variety on on-site amenities. I visited for a work conference and was pleased by the stay. The hotel rooms were large, and well appointed with a large bathroom with a great shower head! The walk to the main building was just right, it was nice to be able to take in the scenery on the way. Staff were friendly, and the food served to us was very delicious.

The rooms themselves were nice enough, but the distance between rooms when they’re with a large party was a bit of a problem as we tried to visit with each other.

The main pool was nice, and the bartenders were cool, but there was definitely not enough shade, given the bright sun.

We had a couple of events with passed appetizers and food, and they were a solid seven out of 10 in taste, and the wait staff was friendly.

I did have the best bacon I’ve ever had in my life at Brunch on Sunday. Perfectly thick cut and not floppy but not crispy. Loved it.

A fantastic resort. The room was comfortable, everything we could need was readily available on property, and every angle of the property provided a beautiful view.

We enjoyed a slow morning following our stay to sunbathe, swim, and have lunch pool side. The drinks and meals were well prepared and the serving sizes had us unable to enjoy the entire plate. Truly a stress free, enjoyable resort.

Came here for a staycation for my boyfriends birthday. Staying at this resort really made the weekend the best it could be. Beautiful view of the mountain and a comfortable room with king bed. We enjoyed the hotel bar. The shuttle service is what really made this amazing, easy to go right to old town with no worries. All the staff were so kind and positive. We will definitely be coming back.

Really enjoyed our stay here, it’s a beautiful resort! We had an issue with our room and the assistant manager and staff took great care of us. Beds are very comfy and rooms are very big. Nice bathrooms too! I didn’t agree with the other reviews that said the hotel was outdated. We will be back.

I travel for business about 100 nights a year and when I come to Phoenix, I will always stay at this hotel because of Kristen, Patrick and Kim at the front desk. They always are polite, kind and make me feel at home when I obviously are not at home. Worth the extra couple of bucks more than the other hotels in the area. Nice property as well.

Easily my favorite hotel when i have to travel to Phoenix for business. Rooms are super spacious and comfortable and tons of options for food in the area. Staff has always been awesome and accommodating when needed. Plenty of parking in the vicinity and not so close to the main roads, so I have not experienced vehicle noise at this hotel.

We had a great overnight layover stay on New Year’s Eve. The room was spacious & clean. The staff was wonderful! From the driver that took us to/from the airport as well ask desk & breakfast area staff. The hotel Was quiet which we were worried about on NYE. This will be my go to hotel brand from now on. With kids the suite works so well. The breakfast is so convenient & tasty. This hotel location is also walkable to pick up food, etc.

First time staying at this location and it was a great experience. Stayed here for two weeks and it was so quiet. My only complaint is they only had 1 working dryer, lots of people staying for long periods and said that the second dryer had been broken for a month. We couldn’t dry our clothes right away. This hotel was really clean and friendly staff. Will definitely return.

The hotel was very clean and the suite had everything you would need for a wonderful stay! The airport shuttle service is top notch – the drivers were all so friendly and courteous. The Guest Services Manager, Shannon, was also very friendly and accommodating, and very good at his job! He helped us several times with transportation to and from the hotel. The breakfast was amazing and the pool area was clean and inviting. The entire hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and will tell our friends to do the same.
