This was our second time staying at the Annville Inn and we loved our time there, Rosalie and Craig are so nice and the breakfast every morning was delicious, we really enjoyed the bonfire one night and tree maze another day, and it was a nice romantic getaway for our Anniversary and my Birthday and they had balloons and candy on the bed for us, you definitely won’t be disappointed staying there, Larry & Richlene
Five stars isn’t enough to rate this place. If I could rate it 10 stars, I would! Words can’t describe the absolutely impeccable, world-class experience we had here. Craig and Rosalie were AMAZING from the time I called to book our reservation to checkout. I wanted to give my wife a well deserved mini retreat away from the hassles of life, and Craig and Rosalie went above and beyond to make it a perfect experience for her. They took the time to discuss just about everything with me to make sure we had a great stay. The inn itself is beautiful, our room was wonderful. I couldn’t find one thing to complain about this place if I tried. I highly, highly recommend the Annville Inn for your next getaway destination. Reasonable driving distance to the Hershey attractions is also a plus. Will most *definitely* be back again soon. Thank you again, Craig and Rosalie for a world-class bed and breakfast experience!
I spent the most wonderful much needed getaway at the Annville Inn. Rosalie, and Craig are the kindest, and gracious hosts. I read numerous reviews beforehand ; their inn and the way previous guest described their hospitality checked all my boxes for an enjoyable experience. I made my reservation a couple weeks in advance by phone and enjoyed speaking with Rosalie who gave me an overview of the Inn and surrounding area for something’s to do. The level of attentiveness to ensure my needs were met was wonderful. The fresh homemade breakfasts were delicious and the presentation was nice. I stayed in the Country Comfort room. My room was comfortable and truly cozy. The grounds are beautiful and although some roses were dying off due to fall there remained beautiful vibrant roses, and foliage. The garden themes were beautiful, the gurgling water features, the various garden seating nooks, the garden maze ahh.. I can’t wait to come back and experience the gardens in full bloom. Rosalie feels like an old friend, who I can’t wait to see again
I stayed here with my mom for our third visit last month! This is our favorite place to stay when we are in the area. Rosalie and Craig have put so much love and work into their inn and it truly shows. Not only is the outside beautiful with their many gardens, but we have stayed in a different room for each visit and are never disappointed. They truly make you feel like family there. Can’t wait to come back!!
We came for or first AACA car show. Everything was perfect and so relaxing! Rosalie & Craig were very helpful and introduced us to the other “car club” guests! Breakfast was delicious and enough to hold us over until dinner! Can’t wait to leave our demanding business and retire soon so we can return again and reunite with our special new friends! Patty & Matt Rizzi
First experience in a B&B ever, and it was an amazing one. I’m afraid that we won’t find a better one elsewhere because Rosalie and Craig set the standards way up there, their missions is for us customers to disconnect from reality. Lovely and very well kept historic 3 acre property with tons of things to do around, from a pool and hottub to a cinema room, board games, rose garden, beautiful views, etc.. My wife and I felt like royalty due to the arduous, caring, and excellent customer service provided by Craig and Rosalie with such attention to detail. If you doubt where to stay, do it! Stay at Annville Inn, you won’t regret it. ASK FOR THE SECRET ROOM? We will definitely be back soon.
We just left and are already planning a trip back! We were greeted so warmly by the owners Rosalie and Craig. Our room was the Secret Room and our entrance was hidden behind a bookcase! We also had our own deck and secret garden! The breakfasts were so delicious and elaborate, down to the edible flowers from the garden! There was a 24/7 coffee/tea bar, along with a fridge with water and soda, and a bunch of snacks and homemade goodies. The grounds are beautiful with countless paths and things to see, along with the hot tub and pool. One of our favorite things was going downstairs and playing on the billiards table (and there was an extensive amount of board games and cards as well), and the home theater was spectacular! We cannot wait to go back!
The Annville Inn Bed & Breakfast exceeded all expectations! From the first steps in and being greeted by the owners Craig & Rosalie, up until checkout, everything was perfect. The grounds are beautifully maintained and you could walk the property for days and always find something new. There was so much to do at the house including a billiards table, home theater, pool, hot tub, even binoculars and bird books! The breakfast was so delicious and fresh. We were in the Secret Room with a hidden entrance behind a bookcase and had our own deck and entrance. We are already planning a second trip!
My wife and I recently spent two days at the Annville Inn. If I could, I would give this place and their Owners a 100 stars! First, its in a great country setting, and they have spent years developing the amazing character and charisma of the place, with beautiful gardens everywhere, with an amazing view of the mountains from the pool and sun porch. Their hard work shows in the notable details everywhere. Hosts Rosalie and Craig go out of their way to make you feel at home. We enjoyed amazing breakfasts, solid advice about things to do and see locally, and overall hospitality second to none. Pool, hot tub, game room, movie theater, books, all there for guests to enjoy their stay to the max. This is a place we will return to, and I highly recommend everyone plan a stay at this classy Inn. Dan and Eva
Rosalie & Craig go above and beyond to make your stay perfect! From your initial reservation to your final goodbye, there is NOTHING they will not offer to make your stay the best! We stayed in the Great Southwest Room (2nd time) because we love the seclusion and the adobe vibe of the room! The bedding is high quality and the room is spotless but yet warm and inviting with personal welcome letter and Hershey chocolates!! (Perk of location!!) The outdoor garden is beautiful and was our own little entrance. The entire home is a dream from the gorgeous wood furniture to the array of plants there is a visual experience everywhere! Let’s talk about the breakfast! Not a “breakfast!” It’s a culinary masterpiece!!! You will never be disappointed in fact you will love every morsel and the presentation is exquisite! Top it off with Craig’s jokes and you are all set! The owners offer the perfect balance of service and privacy. I cannot say enough about this incredible bed and breakfast. Do yourself a favor and book it NOW!
This place is absolutely amazing! We stayed in January, but look forward to going back during spring or summer so we can enjoy their beautiful gardens. Rosalie and Craig are fantastic hosts and very accommodating. The breakfast they prepare for you is out if this world. The house and rooms are extremely clean and beautifuly decorated. So much to do at the Inn, but plenty of things to do in the area as well. I would highly recommend staying here if you can! We can’t wait to go back!!
Absolutely amazing. We stayed for the second time and we are already planning our third trip. It is the perfect getaway to just relax. The breakfast is phenomenal! Rosalie and Craig are the kindest people and so welcoming. The house and grounds are very clean and decorated so lovely. The hospitality is the best I have ever experienced. We can’t wait to go back again!
Rosalie and Craig are amazing hosts, extremely warm and helpful. The food is delicious and the grounds are incredible with a lot of interesting things to see and discover. The first time we were here we didn’t explore enough, but this time we went through the gardens and the impressive maze further away. We stayed in the English Manor room this time, but the Secret room previously. Both are wonderful but I think I prefer the secret room with its “hidden” entrance.
Also for those with concerns about COVID, they are very careful about spacing and cleaning, and require masks for unvaccinated guests, and we felt safe eating on the patio, which has large screen doors on three sides.
We just stayed at Annville Inn for a second time and it was perfection! Ever since our first stay, it has remained on my radar to return. The hospitality is top notch. The food is first rate! Rosalie and Craig are wonderful and dedicated to making sure their guests have what they need. The pool and grounds are beautiful and so well maintained. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. We will continue to recommend Annville Inn and continue to return when we are heading to the area!
We came for a lacrosse tournament; usually booking hotels. I saw how close Annville Inn was to the tournament grounds and took a chance and booked and I am SO SO happy that I did!! This is by far the best bed & breakfast experience I have ever had. What a true gem! Rosalie and Craig were the perfect hosts. They have such a lovely place from the gorgeous gardens (complete with a maze) with lovely tinkling fountains to a theatre room to fabulous gourmet breakfasts – this place beckons you to come in, stop, slow down and relax. And we did! The rooms are all comfy, clean and well appointed. There is not one thing that needs work or attention to. One room has a hidden entrance, another with a Marie Gras theme, another with beautiful south west theme, a country suite and another, which my girls loved, has a telephone booth door! Charm is everywhere you look! It is abundantly obvious that this place is a work of love and it shows and I really wish we didn’t have to leave.
We had a wonderful stay at the carriage house at Londonderry Inn for our family of 6. Very spacious and clean! Comfortable, charming, cozy and warm for our winter stay. Nicole was very helpful with booking and answering questions about our stay. Would love to stay again!
Our stay here was so lovely, felt like a BNB out of a movie. We did self check-in, cocoa and cookies waiting when we arrived, we enjoyed them in the beautiful parlor with a Christmas tree. We checked out the basement which looks like a banquet room from a fantasy novel, very cool. The William Brunner room looks even better in person. The furnishings are gorgeous and rich. My favorite part was the bed, it was soft and we felt like royalty sleeping under the canopy. The bathroom was clean and nice, the room was the perfect temperature and we were able to watch a movie on a streaming service before sleeping very well. Breakfast was wonderful, table service and the coffee was great. Check out was easy and we left feeling great. Thank you for everything! We plan to return.
Our stay at the Londonderry Inn was outstanding! The facility and rooms beautifully decorated and the atmosphere was very cozy. The two hosts and staff were outstanding and made our trip even more enjoyable with their friendless and the food they served. Would highly recommend.
Phenomenal stay at Londonderry Inn. The staff was amazing. Nicole and Cheyenne were extremely professional and very informative about the Inn and locations nearby to visit. David prepared breakfast which was hearty and delicious. Due to my early arrival I was able to view all the rooms. Each one had its own unique decor. Would enjoy each one. My choice was The Library. Loved it. Clean and charming. No complaints at all. Local restaurants are within two minutes drive. Perfect location. Hershey was 15 minutes away. Overall a great weekend spent at the Londonderry Inn. Thank you so much. Will be returning soon.
Beautiful place with really cool room decor. Everything was wonderful from the staff, to the breakfast and location. Lots to do in the area and a nice, relaxing place to come back to after a long day of exploring.
Charming B&B with fantastic service and communication. Late check-in was easy and smooth. I would recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hersheypark.
My wife and I stayed in the Napoleon room as a part of her sister’s wedding, and we were blown away by the amazing service from the innkeepers. The room was gorgeous, and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. My wife and I are definitely planning a time to come back and enjoy this place again!! Thank you guys so much for everything you have done!
Our stay at the Londonderry Inn was nothing short of extraordinary! From our arrival to the time we left, Samantha was the most accommodating and friendliest of hosts. Our room was ornately beautiful and immaculately clean. We had read about the breakfast reviews before we arrived, and it exceeded our expectations!! We will be returning to the Londonderry Inn for sure!
I don’t leave reviews often but this INN and innkeeper Samantha and staff deserve a 5 Star review. We stayed in the carriage house that sleeps 9! We had 6 of us and had plenty of room. The inn is perfect, clean and has all the amenities. Plenty of clean sheets and towels! Washer dryer! Coffee too! The carriage house is Heaven . Hersheypark is 12 minutes away. Easy drive. Rising sun restaurant is excellent. A walk down the road. Loved it here. Would highly recommend. And we will be back !
This was the perfect place for a holiday getaway. The entire inn is beautiful and well-maintained, from the common spaces to the individual rooms. We stayed in the Library, which was spacious and lovely and warm. Since we visited during the holiday season, the whole inn was decorated which made it feel extra cozy and inviting. Everything about the breakfast, from the food to the coffee, was delicious and filling every day. We also found anything we wanted to do in Hershey or the surrounding area was only about a 10-15 minute drive, making it easy to do everything we wanted in the area. We had a wonderful stay and can’t recommend the Londonderry Inn enough.
An absolutely phenomenal stay for a holiday weekend getaway. We booked the Napoleon room which was breathtaking. The plush bed and furnishings plus the privacy of the suite made the stay second to none. The inn takes care of providing high-end touches as well, including snacks, coffees, teas (the banana muffins were to die for!), soft robes, boutique toiletries and cozy sitting areas/parlors with real (gas) fireplaces. Everything was immaculate and the house was beautifully and tastefully decorated for Christmas. Breakfast was delicious, hearty and intimate. The innkeeper Samantha was accommodating, kind, and welcoming; she even shared her recipes with us! The warmth from both the house and the innkeeper made this a holiday stay to remember. Will definitely return.
Samantha, the inn keeper, welcomed us and all through our stay our every need was taken care of before we asked for help. Breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning. We stayed in the Africa Suite. Although beautiful it is also large enough for my husband’s walker to easily negotiate where he wanted to go. The king size bed is so comfortable that my husband, with chronic back pain, slept soundly. Our stay set the gold standard for guest services and room accommodations. We will be comparing wherever we stay in the future to the Londonderry Inn.
Our company held a two-day leadership retreat at this incredible property. Samantha was absolutely incredible and voluntarily coordinated lunch for our group. The breakfast was amazing and she constantly had water, juice and coffee for us in the meeting room. The large meeting area was perfect for our group and the A/V was easy to use. The Inn is close to all of the Hershey attractions and we took full advantage of that for our evening excursions. Highly recommended!
Samantha went out of her way to make us feel welcome. My partner is gluten free, and everything she gave us was home-made gluten-free and she was sure to tell us. When we arrived for check-in she was finishing gluten free cookies. She showed us our room (The Africa) and explained the hotels accommodations without hovering in the room for too long. Overall there was a great balance between being attentive to our needs and giving us space to enjoy our time.
The room itself was really lovely. The theme is a little kitschy but it was done in a tasteful way. The patio space was tranquil and well appointed for multiple groups to feel privacy.
The breakfast was no compromises gluten-free without any fuss.
Overall the B&B is better than average for the price point, but the innkeeping is being done by someone who is passionate about the work and the guests.
If you have any friends who are web designers looking to work for good companies who need a little website update I would send them this way.
