New Mexico Hotels Featuring In-Room Jacuzzis: What Guests Are Saying
Haleigh did a great job fixing my reservation. I had one day left out and would have had to change rooms but she took the time and was patient fixing it. The hotel is very nice, great downtown location.
Fantastic place to stay in the plaza Santa Fe . Amazing service and friendly staff. The valet parking service is very efficient and convenient. This hotel is at walkable distance to the historical buildings in the plaza area. Their all year round swimming pool and jacuzzi was an added cherry on the cake. Their kitchen and bar is open till 12 am that’s the best thing and part of this beautiful and historical place.
We had a wonderful stay at the Drury! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the plaza, making it super convenient to explore the area. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the happy hour was such a nice touch to relax after a day of sightseeing. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, and we loved the rooftop pool and the hot tub.
We did encounter a small issue at our room during our stay, but Mario at the front desk was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved it, making sure everything was perfect.
The only thing I would suggest is adding an extra step to the hot tub. The current step is quite high, and it was a bit difficult to get in and out comfortably. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!
Good hotel. The rooftop bar is great. It needs to be open earlier and later. Rooms are clean and maintained. The restaurant opens at 4 pm, and the rooftop top bar closes at 10:30pm. They need longer hours.
I absolutely LOVE The Drury in Santa Fe!! I have stayed here MANY times and the rooms are spacious the food and drinks are always good! The staff is always kind and personable!! (Ask for Carlos in the restaurant/bar! He’s the best!) The rooftop pool and patio are really nice-with breathtaking views of the hills and mountains! The onsite Managers – every time – are professional and kind! (Shout out to Kendall – who travels from Drury to Drury!) Ten out of ten!!
I have visited the Drury in Santa Fe five or six times for work trips over the past two years and it has been a wonderful experience every time! The rooms are spacious and clean, the morning breakfast and evening kickbacks are great, and, most importantly, the staff are amazing. Everyone at the Drury has always treated me and others with so much kindness. Gabe, one of the valets, seriously goes above and beyond to provide amazing service. If he sees us up early for breakfast, he will get our car so that it is ready to go when we come downstairs. There was one time when my room had some issues with the sink and the front desk staff did a wonderful job finding a new room for me and correcting the issue. I wish every hotel was more like this one!
I have been coming to the Drury Plaza 8-10 times per year since it opened. Overall it’s a great place to stay in Santa Fe. Walking distance to the plaza and free breakfast in the morning and drinks in the evening. Showers can sometimes hide some dirtiness but that is my only complaint. The highlight of the hotel is the staff by far. Management is doing something right. They have and retain great, helpful, friendly folks. Special shout out to Gabe the valet who is always friendly, and has our car waiting for us in the morning to ensure we’re on time for our meetings.
Drury in Santa Fe is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve been staying there on a monthly basis for over 7 years. The hotel is beautiful, location is perfect, breakfast and happy hours are great, but it’s really the people that work there that make the experience. Gabe, who helps with valet parking is the best. He’s always extremely efficient and helpful, he’ll go out of his way to grab our car as soon as he sees us at breakfast because he knows we’ll be leaving shortly for our work meetings. The front desk staff, breakfast area staff, and managers are all so friendly and helpful. They make our stays feel like a stay at our home away from home. Can’t say enough great things about this place. They’re really the best.
We were very impressed with this hotel for a recent 3 night stay! Great location, 2 short blocks from the plaza. This hotel had so many wonderful included perks: full complimentary breakfast, complimentary “kick back” with free drinks and an evening meal, lovely rooftop pool, spacious rooms. Food varied each day, and we loved having the option to have these meals included with our stay. The staff go above and beyond to make sure guests are happy! Highly recommended!!!
My day was in shambles…long story, but somehow I chose the BEST place to put my self together. The team at Drury Inn are professional, caring and supportive in all of your needs. What a lucky person I was to have that extraordinary team help me through my vehicle and personal crisis. I have told so many of the efforts beyond the call of duty. Truly servant leadership. I especially am thankful to Gabe, the host, his group of kind men and their efforts to keep me and my disabled car safe. I highly endorse this property for its beauty, its staff and convenient location off the plaza.
A must stay! This place is amazing, the staff is SO friendly, free breakfast and a kickback (happy hour) from 5:30-7 with a few free drinks and snacks! The artwork in the hotel is so cool and I swear I saw something new every time we walked around. The view from our balcony was beautiful. We went to the bar one night and the drinks were delicious, would recommend trying the green chili drink!
The ONLY bad thing was the toilet paper, so thin and not soft at all.
This was by far one of our best hotel experiences. The service is top notch and the location is perfect. Breakfast is the usual hotel food and very good. Kickback at 5:30 was a lot of fun, they say snacks but it’s basically a free dinner! The hotel bar had decent food for late night cravings. The bed is comfy and the room was clean/quiet. We traveled around Santa Fe by Lyft and Uber with no issues. Really can’t say enough good things about this place. Will definitely be staying here next time we visit!
Wow. This place seemed a little pricey for my budged but the reviews and location were great so I gave it a try. Exceeded expectations. Comfy, quiet room. Awesome rooftop decks (one with fire pit, one with a pool). Great gym. Easy walk to heart of Santa Fe. Interesting art throughout. Good breakfast buffet included, as well as a free dinner essentially at 5:30pm. I would stay there again and highly recommend to friends and family.
Staying at this hotel got me dreaming about my next trip to Santa Fe! What a gem, well-situated to the Plaza and walkable. Clean, comfortable rooms. Great service. The hotel restaurant was so tasty we opted to eat in twice for dinner instead of going into town. It’s a splurge, but well worth the convenient location and amenities.
Lovely place, both gardens and interior spaces. The room was so comfortable with every amenity and attention to detail. Moreover the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come here again and recommend it to our friends.
A beautiful historic Inn. The house, rooms and grounds are beautiful and peaceful yet close to The Plaza and the Pueblo. Breakfast is famous! Definitely will return.
A charming inn… the photos really don’t do it justice. Rooms are very nice, Innkeeper and staff very helpful and attentive and the breakfast is amazing!
We recently stayed 3 nights at Inn on La Loma Plaza! We greatly enjoyed our time. It was just a few blocks off the plaza, but also so quiet and peaceful. Peggy and her staff were so warm and welcoming! The breakfast was delicious and we looked forward to it each morning. We will back!
Never have we ever received the utmost quality of customer service from any where we have stayed previously! Our amazing host ensured we were comfortable and completely satisfied! We will absolutely come back next time in town!
Wonderful hosts! They are very thoughtful and supply the room with everything you need and more ..we enjoyed a cozy fire in our room and shared a splendid breakfast! A gem of Taos!
We have a wonderful short stay here! The building and setting are beautiful and historic, and Peggy the owner was an excellent host. We stayed in a room with a fireplace which was perfect after a long day out. The breakfast was also a great surprise and something you don’t want to miss!
My wife and I loved the stay. The room and atmosphere were what we needed. The host Peggy was just delightful. Breakfast was excellent. Will be back when and if we see green grass and trees next year. Heartily recommend.
Great historic hotel. Like a big B&B. Our room was the smallest, so its good we were there for one night. It was cute and confortable for us, nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed. The breakfest is wonderful!
