Nebraska Hotels with In-Room Jacuzzis: Customer Reviews and Insights

We found the staff is friendly and professional. The breakfast had something for everyone and was fully stocked. The value was excellent. Walk to Cabela’s, short drive to restaurants. Highly recommend staying there.
I have stayed at this place for the entire weekend. There are some good things and bad things about this place that I would like to share. I was told the hot tub was working when I checked in by first shift desk clerk and when I went to get in the hot tub at 9 pm I was told the heating element was broke. The hot breakfast was great, however overly crowded. I believe some of the locals come there everyday to eat free. The king room was nice and spacious, even had a couch in it. I awoke Saturday morning to take a shower and there was a creepy bug in the tub. Overall the location is great and I would rate this place 3 stars. The price is kinda high in my opinion. Next time I will stay next door at the Hampton Inn.
Traveling with two kids. Clean friendly and with a working indoor pool/hottub. Reasonable PRICED $130 (worth it) and plenty of restaurants nearby. I recommend the steak burrito from Three Margarita’s restaurant a across the street.
Very nice stop on our road trip. Would definitely stay here again. Good value. Well run, friendly hotel in safe area.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Sheri was our excellent receptionist and we appreciated how friendly she was! The breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean, and our kids really enjoyed the pool. Thanks, Best Western and Sheri!
This place was great with all the amenities including pool, hot tub, hot breakfast, hot tub in rooms and in pool area. Most of all Joseph was amazing at the front desk! He is friendly goes above and beyond to really make you feel valued and just overall friendly guy you can tell it’s part of his character not just something he does for his job!!!!
The hotel is seriously so wonderful! The staff is amazing! The breakfast was so good, lots of options! They were so accommodating durning a major highway shut down due to weather. I will stay here every time we travel through!
Had a great stay here! We needed a last minute stay due to some icy roads. The staff was welcoming and the hotel was cozy and inviting. Comfortable room and good breakfast. Would definitely stay again
I work as a company driver and come to Sidney every other week for work. I’ve stayed here bi-weekly for the past 4 years and some change and have always had nothing but good to say about the amazing staff, the clean and well maintained accommodations, and the overall experience of every stay. Plenty of restaurants and other amenities within walking distance which is also very nice! Shout out to Sherri as well for always being so genuinely friendly and being so great to check in with after a long day’s work. The breakfast is wonderful as well!
Have stayed for several months and never had a single issue. The rooms have always been very clean. Any small issues such as toilets that kept running or remotes not paired to televisions were addressed immediately. The staff are always very gracious and polite.

Thoroughly enjoyed this Holiday Inn express. The staff was very courteous, the hotel was very clean and modern and last but not least the complementary breakfast was amazing. This was a wonderful place to stop when traveling through.
1st impression was great! FD was friendly. Our room smelled so good! We let the FD know the window blind was broken, so we were not charged. Breakfast was great! Staff kept up. It was clean. All around great job! Housekeeping did a fantastic job!!!! Housekeeping is the hardest job in hospitality! Physical wise of course.
Rooms were pretty standard for a holiday in. The tv situation was ok. I dont understand why anybody in 2023 doesnt have a “guide” available or a streaming service to pick what you watch instead of flipping thru channels and hoping for the best. Other than that it was fine. Breakfast was also a 4 out of 5 for holiday in.
New facility, but whomever designed the bathrooms should find a new profession. You can’t open the door all the way before it hits the wall and bounces back in your face.
Not busy at all but they purusnext to the elevator, last rooms that should be filled. Overall there are plenty of options in the area.

I have no complaints about this place! It was great. The room was awesome, it was quiet, the shower was awesome. I didn’t eat the breakfast and I didn’t speak to the staff. In Grand Island, none of the hotels are in a great location but I suppose I can’t really blame the hotel for that.
Really nice building, and a wonderful breakfast. Staff was friendly and was even able to get me checked in early. Only problem I had was that every time the room heater kicked on the thermostat clicked loudly 3 to 5 times and sounded like someone sliding their key in my door. Fine once I put in earplugs, but very jarring to wake up to in the middle of the night.
Great stay! Appears to be recently renovated. Front desk staff pleasant and attentive upon check in. Everything on 1st floor was clean and bright. Pool area was very clean. Hot tub was the perfect temp. Lots of clean towels available. Our room was on the top floor (3rd) with view out the back side of the hotel. Hallway was lit well and clean. Room was a king bed with sofa for relaxation. Nice size bathroom, closet, and coffee area. Very clean and bright bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection—eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, along with the pancake maker. Would definite recommend this hotel.
