This bed and breakfast is one of the best I have visited. They definitely take the bed and breakfast business to a higher level. The attention to detail is obvious. They offer a social hour. Perfect while you enjoy the great view.I strongly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Our favorite B&B in St. Augustine! Have stayed here several times and we love it every time! Super friendly staff who do anything to make sure your stay is perfect. The best social happy hour and a half. Delicious breakfast. Gorgeous, comfortable, and clean rooms. Great location and pretty view. I can’t say enough about this place. I get so excited when we arrive and so sad when we leave. I highly recommend this B&B!!

What a hidden gem! Beautiful location with views of the bay and walking distance to downtown St. Augustine, but with a quiet peaceful atmosphere. Our room had an updated bathroom with rainfall type shower, but the rest of the house had that old school charm. We had amazing homemade breakfast daily out on the outdoor patio area. The staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful–from restaurant recommendations to afternoon happy hour, and these homemade little snacks at the front door when you first come in. We will definitely be back to visit!

My husband and I just left the Westcott House today. It was so beautiful and such a great experience. Joy and her staff are so thoughtful and genuinely love what they do. The food is outstanding and different each day. The view of the bay is just beautiful while eating or enjoying cocktails during happy hour, which is lovely as well—so looking forward to our next trip back as I forgot to sign the book. Thank you again, Joy, Amber, Ryan, and staff

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Bayfront Westcott House B&B in St Augustine, FL during the Nights of Lights. It was our first time staying at a B&B & we truly appreciated the excellent service & attention to detail. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. The gourmet breakfast & the wine/cheese social hour were a wonderful addition. We stayed in two different rooms during our stay which were both lovely. Beautiful bay view & walking distance to historic district, restaurants, & shops.

This hotel is great. Very nice and friendly staff, wonderful service. The only problem was the fire alarm went off before 5am. But this would be the hotel of any future stays.

We reserved three rooms for my Father’s Memorial Service nearby. The front desk staff were phenomenal at check-in. Very friendly. Got us checked in expeditiously. Room was great. My wife is very picky and she had no complaints. My pregnant daughter wanted an item not served that day and the staff made the item for her. They rocked!

Marie at the front desj was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. She checked on my family and I during our stay to make sure we had a great experience at this location. Our room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast bar was well stocked, and all the hot items were replaced and never empty. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

My daughter and I were here last weekend and this hotel was one of the cleanest Hampton Inns I’ve ever been in! Everything smelled fresh from the hallways, elevator and the room. We slept so good! Beds were comfy, air was cold and room was quiet! Breakfast was great and front desk staff are super sweet and accommodating! If ever in the area again, def staying here!

I always check reviews before booking a hotel. I chose this hotel because of the great reviews for customer service and I was not disappointed!! The ladies, ALL OF THEM, were friendly and helpful. They were truly happy to see all who checked in. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast bar had several choices. We were very happy with our stay. Highly recommend!

Great stay. After driving all night to get ahead of a storm they let us check in early. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The grounds were nice although a little too cold to use the pool. Breakfast had a great variety and was tasty. Would definitely stay there again.

Location very easy to find. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Hotel is very clean and lots of breakfast room. Breakfast was good and varied daily. Room was clean with plenty of space. Staff is excellent. Front desk very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast staff were constantly filling and cleaning area. Woman who does cleaning, pressure washing etc. was a joy to talk with. Very personable and friendly. She also was constantly asking if anyone needed anything and bringing guests refills on drinks, napkins and throwing out their trash. She greeted us and talked with us every time we saw her for our 3 days there. The kind of employee every company needs! Highly recommend this Hampton.

Outstanding service (above and beyond) with a beautiful hotel! Room was clean and comfortable with microwave and fridge in room. Supplied toiletries were great!! Outdoor area was cozy with fire pit, tv’s, and lighting. Breakfast was full and a different variety everyday. Location is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!
