Romantic Indianapolis Hotels Featuring In-Room Jacuzzis
Authentic reviews for Indianapolis hotels featuring in-room Jacuzzis and hot tubs
The only bad thing is that some of the other customers were knocking on doors at 1:30am along with being undisciplined by their adult. Security was informed and just shrugged their shoulders.
Decided to book a room for NYE to celebrate the time with our kids (8 and 10). It seemed like many other families had the same idea and the pool was full most of the afternoon/evening we checked in. It was nicely heated and the kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool concept. The popcorn and kickback snacks which were good enough to serve as a meal were great. They even include 3 adult beverages for both adults (even if we didn’t use them). Breakfast buffet was great and plentiful despite the large crowd! Staff was super friendly despite it being the holiday. We will definitely be back!
The hotel was nice and some staff was helpful. They do not control the pool area and allow more people in there than is allowed. Along with that, the kids that were there were screaming non stop and we had no help from the staff to try and quiet them. For the price of the hotel, we should be able to enjoy all amenities without so many disturbances. Would not recommend if you want to enjoy a good environment.
The front desk staff was amazing, one person in particular was very soft spoken but was very nice and helpful. Every Drury needs a person like her. I also have to give mention to the manager, he was very friendly and was able to spark up a conversation with me and he seemed very interested in what I was saying. Very good people here. I also have to give a shout out to one of the hotel staff that cleans the rooms, I believe her name was Lupe, She was very nice and helpful also….Thank you for making my stay and the stay of my son enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Could go ON about this place. It was easily the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. Staff was CONSTANTLY cleaning something. Staff was friendly and always available to help if needed. The evenings cocktail hour/dinner is such a great idea with complimentary drinks to guests! I loved that. We were so comfortable we weren’t ready to leave ! Large breakfast spread as well!
GREAT hotel! Had a very nice visit. The amenities were top notch! They had a great hot tub and pool area. The managers reception included 3 drinks and basically a full meal. The breakfast in the morning was also very good. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and large. Lots of towels in the bathroom as well. The hotel was easy to get to and the parking was close.
The 2 bedroom suite was very old and outdated I came with young boys for a tournament and 1 room had no privacy curtain and when we tried to move to a different room the other option had someone possibly a hotel worker living / staying in the room which was very disturbing. The staff was friendly but the vibes in the hotel gave old and creepy.
I only stayed one night since I was traveling through, but I wish I would have stayed here longer instead of at some of the other places I did. For its price class, this is a wonderful hotel! Kind and friendly staff (who accommodated an extra late check out so I could work longer), room was large with a big desk for working, and I specifically loved the bathroom with walk in shower (glass wall instead of a nasty fabric curtain over a tub). Breakfast was included (mid-week), which I usually don’t care about since I’m vegan, but they had a great selection of fruit for me!
Only place I like to stay while coming thru Indianapolis. Love the restaurant. Bar, breakfast and especially the clean room, comfy bed and love those pillows! Friendly staff as well!
Booked a room for 4 people and 2 beds. The room available upon check-in is one bed. Nasty smelling foam square sent for our teen sons to sleep on. Pillows on the one bed for 4 people smell musty. Room not stocked with a towel for each person. Not adequate for group bookings. Avoid.
Love this hotel! I have stayed here twice while visiting my son and grandchildren. Super-clean, fantastic beds (and bedding,) huge bathrooms. 100% non-smoking. Half the price of a Hilton but more like 3/4 the luxury. The pool is a big plus. Great location near shopping of all kinds, restaurants, and Ruoff Music Center. Also, this seems to be a destination of choice for patients and families receiving medical treatment at IU Health Saxony Hospital. An Excellant home base for a visiting Grandma!
Pleasant location: rooms are kept clean, plenty of accommodations, and the room service is a bit pricey, but that’s inflation for you. We had a mini gathering here. It was pleasant.
Great location, lots of shopping and dining options and a super nice, safe area.
Room wasclean and bathroom was spacious with a nice stand up shower. Four stars due to size. I had a suite and it just felt crammed with furniture.
Service was ok, just seemed fake. Had this experience twice. Second trip was or business. Power went out the 2nd day for some reason and was never really communicated to the guests. This knocked out satellite, wifi, and heating and cooling, and of course the elevator. Limited power on generator.
The tvs in the rooms are very small and not even to the height of the beds making viewing not enjoyable.
The pool area is no where near the size of what’s in the pictures. If you’re coming to enjoy the pool then don’t come. If you watch tv then don’t come.
All very nice but the one thing stood out was the service from the staff member that checked us in. I made 3 trips to the front desk after checking in with each request met with a smile and a willingness to assist, just isn’t something I’ve seen an overabundance of lately. If guests were treated this way at every lodging facility there wouldn’t be many negative reviews.
This is a location we will go out of our way to stay at again.
Nice Wyndham. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. Very nice and clean place. The Breakfast bar is simply but yet it was great. We had a hotel suite it was very nice and spacious. Love the Jacuzzi inside our room. What a treat. Service was good from start to finish.
