I have to agree with MULTIPLE previous reviews, The beds are horrible! I don’t know why they haven’t changed them yet.

Other than the beds, the accommodations were nice.

One of the best places I’ve stayed. Great service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Located central to Green Bay and, of course, Lambeau Field is right there. Shuttle is available to take you and pick you up anywhere reasonably nearby.

My hubby and I love staying at Lodge Kohler, rooms are very nice and the Tavern in the Sky is a nice place to get a drink and relax for a while.

If you value a good night’s sleep, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The beds at this hotel are among the worst I’ve ever encountered—uncomfortable to the point of causing back pain. If sleep quality matters to you, consider booking a different place.

We were hoping to book a foot massage and the register insisted we book a pedicure with a note indicating we were prioritizing the massage over the pedicure. When we arrived, I was asked if I wanted gel or polish. I already had my toes done but when I told the tech “my toes already had gel on them” she insisted I choose either gel or polish. My toes looked better coming in than they did coming out of the treatment. The treatment was very rushed and my toes look like clumpy white-out. I did not get a scrub, I did not get any massage other than the application of the moisturizer. When asked if you wanted your toe nails trimmed, there was no care. They did not pay attention to how the toe nails would look. One quick straight cut and sharp corners was what we got. When offered refreshments in the middle of the treatment, the drinks did not cool down until after the treatment so we could not enjoy that during the pedicure. There was also dust in my water. The tech said there was lemon in the water but it did not taste like there was lemon in the water what so ever. When they say “massage” take it as a reapplication of moisturizer. There was no massage.

Update: I got a call back, and the issue is currently being resolved!

We just spent two nights at Lodge Kohler for the Packers/Lions Thursday Night Football Game – it was outstanding! The hotel is great and perfectly/conveniently located; the staff and service is excellent, food is great, and spa top notch. If you want to catch a Packers game experience but stay nearby and in high style, look no further.

Our experience at Lodge Kohler was nothing short of wonderful!

All of the staff were professional and made it known to us they were there to make our stay enjoyable and they were!

In my opinion a stay here is all inclusive in that you really do not need to go anywhere else! As a surprise for my Bride I reserved a suite with the terrace and had a mimosa bar delivered to the room shortly after our arrival! We had dinner at the Tavern in the Sky on the 5th floor and the food there was amazing! Again we were treated to a wonderful staff and a great experience!

Definitely worth the drive for us!

Thanks again for the wonderful time at the Lodge Kohler!

The location for this should be ten starts. What a great little hotel! Proxy to the stadium is insane. The hotel is well kept with nice, spacious, rooms. The bed was not super soft but I know that’s a personal preference. Fun times with all the Kohler bathroom ameneties and shower. My only complaint was after the game the trash trucks were making noise outside our room all night – but what can you expect when every game is Super Bowl packed @ Lambeau. We will definitely be back!!

Sad because I so badly wanted to love this place but all around the service staff was dropping the ball. It’s like someone had this gorgeous dream for this place and the staff ruined it. The hotel staff itself is fine but the spa staff #1 never answer their phone and #2 are awkward and unattentive. The Waters Spa room is loaded with dirty old glassware from the guests. The drinking water? Unattended to and clogged with the corpses of strawberries. It’s far overpriced for the experience.
Now…as for the restaurant…the Tavern in the Sky. Cool view. That’s it. Dinner took FOREVER. Server never touched the table. Never got a basic knife for eating, got a salad with far under Ripe Tomatoes, dirty dishes and menus sit on the table, bathroom had no hand towels…didn’t finish my dinner and didn’t care to take leftovers home. Go to Door County and stay somewhere 10x as cool for 1/10 the cost.

Thanks so much Lodge Kohler for a 5 star experience. The rooms were clean and tidy. Pool was great. We accidentally left all our bathing suits in our room. I contacted them a week later when I discovered this and they sent everything to us via FedEx. You guys are awesome. Thanks so much. We will be back!
