Definitely very bad experience, it says office hours as 9am to 9pm in google but the office closed at 7pm. Long story short our flight got delayed so we reached around 8.40 pm but no one was there to check us in. I tried to contact them but no one responded for an hour! After waiting for long we had to book another near by hotel for 2x price.I booked through a third party which is a pay at property reservation (with pre authorization) so I figured it will be cancelled since I didn’t check in.To my surprise they charged full amount on my card including the resort fee, I raised concerns with both the property and my booking partner since 3 days, no response whatsoever. Hopefully this review will make them respond

Beautiful location right next to the bike trail. The river runs directly behind the house. You can sit outside and enjoy the water and sunshine. The rooms are great and the house is well maintained. We stayed in the largest suite. Very nicely decorated, roomy and comfortable with its own balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

I booked a stay in Calgary to be with my kids and their partners. It was over Christmas, and the place was just perfect. Wood burning fireplace, billiard table, and it was decorated for the season. Beds were super comfy and host was attentive. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Jess!

Very clean and nice AirBnB with everything you need. A comfortable bed and a nice bathroom.The host was fantastic and is always available and eager to share his knowledge of the area. We had a fantastic time!

We had such a lovely stay. The room and common areas were exceptionally clean and fresh. We felt so cozy and comfortable. The gorgeous view of the river was so relaxing and not to mention the hot tub. Do not miss your chance to unwind and relax at this B n B.

We booked here, simply out of convenience because my son was having surgery. When we got there, we were blown away! Beautiful tucked in gem. We stayed in an amazing room! We loved our one stay so much that we are heading back, this time for a wedding. We hope to see more this time.

Worst of the worst hospitality service due the worst front desk service. I need to tag Basil and Shivan the receptionist especially for their unfriendly and rude attitude towards a pregnant woman on October 14th 2024.

I made a reservation at the hotel through Vio.com due to its low rate offered, I booked the King bed but it was declined due to unavailability then I booked the standard room which went through. I then called the hotel to confirm my booking and Basil told me I have two bookings under my name and I need to call the agent to cancel one of them but he will reserve one of the rooms for my check in today. I then contacted the Vio agent who confirmed there is only room booked and I have received the booking confirming.

When I arrived at the hotel late at 10pm, Basil told me there is one current booking under my name but the agent needs to call the hotel to provide banking details to be charged.

I explained my booking was paid and confirmed then the manager Shivan came with an even more stern tone telling me to contact the agent as there are two bookings which are both cancelled. They did not want to help me but asking me to book directly with them with a higher rate. In my opinion, this is not how hospitality service should be carried out, especially when I asked them I have an early flight at 7am to get on the next day, if they can just give me a room so long as I did receive an confirmation email which was not cancelled.

They showed no empathy and when I spoke to my agent it turned out the booking was never cancelled but the hotel has a system glitch but they denied my stay that evening. They saw I was heavily pregnant, travelling with my 3 years old boy and lots of luggage’s. Despite the 4.3 review, I truly think they dnt deserve the service rating and they are not about service for the customer but money and only honor bookings directly with them that came with a higher rates.

It disgusts me that I sacrificed my rest time writing up this review. We went to Park Inn which gave us a complete opposite and welcoming experience! We did walk in booking, I told them the situation and they upgraded our room with no additional cost and gave us a room on the first floor which is close to the reception. We stayed at Park Inn the first day we arrived Calgary from Bermuda, they paid for our taxi to come to the hotel and leaving the hotel. I wanted a different experience at a similar hotel which is Western premier but I should have never done it but stick with Park Inn which I was treated with welcoming and helpful services. Best Western Premier hotel is not the best nor Premier!

Basil confirmed my booking on the phone but when I got there Shivan told me there is no more booking and putting up excuses not assisting my case. Shivan and Basil’s inconsistent messages delivered to their customer and unhelpful manner put a shame to the hotel name!!!!

Bed and blankets were comfortable, noise from the heater is terrible, ended up having to turn it off and just froze at night but at least I could get to sleep. Unfortunately I had already prebooked and it happened again before my flight out of Calgary

King suite with gas fireplace, during bitter cold weather rolling blackouts possible, nice to know had option to heat room without electricity.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Legacy restaurant in hotel, very busy, hard to make reservation or call for room service. Courtecy shuttle to airport available.

A half decent but clearly dated hotel. It’s the genius that decided to pre schedule a hot water shut down 1 hour before check out that made me decide to never come here again.

Once I got in our room it had a funky smell that wont go away. We stayed for 3 nights and the staff was awesome! I just wished that it would come with free breakfast as it is a premier hotel. The free airport shuttle is very convenient. The shuttle driver was very nice and knowledgeable, you have to let him know which gate you’re going and he would know where to drop you off. Fast check out, The lady at the desk signed me up to become a member to get benefits on future bookings.

We literally just got home to Ontario from staying at this Hotel. From start to finish it was a great experience. Easy to get to and clean. Now..to the Chef….BEST BURGER my husband ever had , ever! All the food was amazing here and the restaurant staff can’t be beat . Would ? stay again.

Rooms and pool are amazing.
The “shuttle” is a joke. You need to request it, but no one answers the phone. Whether it’s the front desk or the number for immediate pick up, no one answers. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting (because we didn’t know it was request only initially and thought maybe one would show up while we were on hold), we took a cab. Very annoying. If it truly is request only then make a way for guests to actually request it. How can you claim to have a shuttle but then never answer the phone when they need it? Obviously the system they have in place doesn’t work. The whole reason we chose this hotel was the convenience of a shuttle. Literally the only reason. They gave us a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience but their system is broken.

Fantastic staff and great food all for a reasonable price. I stay here frequently for work and I’m never disappointed. The rooms are quiet and comfortable plus there’s a complimentary shuttle service that gets you to the airport in under 10 minutes.

The room was really nice. The king size bed was comfortable. The front desk people were always so nice and happy to answer any questions. I gave 1 star for location. It’s way out there for me. I was using cabs at the time and it was pretty pricey to use a cab from this hotel to downtown. I believe I took an airport shuttle when I left and went to the airport to take a bus. It was cheaper than a cab. Nice, nice hotel, will stay again.

Had a flight get diverted to Calgary. They really made my early morning check in smooth, and even gave me a late checkout. Excellent customer service from my experience.

We needed a place to stay overnight during a layover, and this was a great option. We received a great rate and the rooms were clean and modern. The lobby had a lots of snacks for purchase. The shuttle wasn’t running when our flight arrived, but we were provided with a taxi voucher.

Nice rooms. Nothing too fancy, rainshower was l awkward with no door or sliding panel so it made a mess all over the floor.
Only 2 towels included with our Jacuzzi suite so we did end up having to get a FE more for or 3 day stay.
Friendly staff, decent little restaurant downstairs.
I would stay here again

My sister & I needed a place to sleep before catching an early flight back to Kitchener Waterloo to head back home to Pittsburgh Pa. This hotel was exactly what we needed to unwind before traveling home!

You walk up to the front desk & are warmly welcomed & greeted by hotel concierge. The ladies were talkative, friendly, & quickly checked us in. Our room was very comfy & cozy complete with Kureg machine for coffee & hot chocolate. Their towels & bedding are so pouch & soft, I wax very impressed to find them not scratchy!

The hotel does have a restaurant where they serve dinner & then serve breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, we had to go to sleep early & leave the hotel before the 6am opening of breakfast.

Such a lovely stay! Cheers!

It was a pleasant stay at hotel. The front staff Shikha was very warm and welcoming. The room was clean and beds were comfy. Having stayed in different hotels across Canada it was great to see drinking water bottle available in room. Thanks would definitely recommend this.
