Nice hotel but we had 2 people walk in on us the morning of our check out and it was hours before check out time. Pool wasnt bad, decently warm. Floors by the pool were really slippery. The location was decent. Room was clean. Oddly enough our bed didnt have a fitted sheet on it but it had a standard sheet kind of tucked in.
What should have been a nice stay turned a little frustrating.

The Bloomington DoubleTree Hotel and Conference Center was seriously one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in my entire life! The hotel was located by a few great restaurants- and although it’s a massive building- had plenty of parking. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating for my visit. The amenities at the hotel were incredible- the hotel pools were the perfect temperature, the gym had a few pelaton bikes and free weights, the restaurant/bar had great food and drinks- and there was even a slot machine in the lobby! For such a big hotel, I was surprised at how quiet the rooms were. Thanks for an amazing stay- I will certainly stay here again!

I work in travel and personally I do not recommend booking here. Front desk woman was unapologetic. This hotel gave away our early check in room that we confirmed 3 times over the weeks leading up to the reservation. We received a text that our room was ready, we went to the counter and they said it would be an hour longer. We are going to miss a family wedding now because of their irresponsibility with reservations. Do not book here for events! Also they closed the hot tub so that blows. Seems like it may only be open when they feel like monitoring it. Sub par service, sup par hotel. Thumbs down.

Being Hilton Diamond members, we struggled with this stay. The towels were not white but gray… as well as the comforter. The cart that housekeeping was using was also filled with gray towels, which means that more than a few unlucky patrons were going to be the recipients of these unsightly things. There is no daily clean available. No need to hang up the sign. They won’t come anyway. I left a tip for the housekeeper multiple days on the counter, but it remained untouched, and my room remained uncleaned. Hotels that don’t continue to offer this service are not providing a great customer experience. We were told by a friend to ask for a voucher for the bar due to our Hilton status, which we received, but it was not offered on our check-in. I was absolutely left wanting.

We used to live in Bloomington and came back for a family function. We decided to stay at the Doubletree and we were not disappointed. Our flight was an early one and they let us check in early. We needed towels and not only did they bring them, they did it immediately
The lobby and common areas were clean and the room was great. I love Hilton and the small things they do-the large makeup mirror, the pillows and comforter. And this hotel was right in line with this.
When we come back, this will be our hotel of choice

Stayed 1 night and was impressed. Front desk service was A+. Gym was modern with great equipment. Only thing worth noting is that ice machines are at the end of the halls, so you may get some noise from that. Wifi was also noticeably weaker for my room on the top floor at the end of the hall.

Our daughters wedding was there. So Many people said that was tge best wedding they have ever been to. The rooms, rehearsal dinner, the bar, ceremony, band, everything was perfect ? 20 on a 10 scale. Food, appetizers and late night bites were delicious. Angie and Michelle were perfect!!! Absolutely ? wonderful

This is a great hotel with wide hallways and nice carpeted rooms. The frontdesk always accommodates my requests with my dog. And the breakfast is really good. Not cheap like others.

Very disappointed!!! I live only one mile away on golf course from the hotel. This is New Year’s Eve!! I told them at front desk that I was going to get 2 rooms but only to swim and let kids have a good time for New Year’s Eve. It’s 9pm and they said they would keep pool open til 10:30. I paid 300 for rooms to just swim…..we were not Loud. I have 5 kids. We were told that we had complaints of being too loud in pool. The kids were just swimming… I even went to the closest room to the pool and couldn’t hear a thing. This is rediculous!!’ Ruined our New Year’s Eve!! I will be calling head quarters. They don’t realize how much business I send them or who I am!!! The pool had water dripping everywhere from The ceilings!!! So if you didn’t want to get wet good luck. They should close down the pool and not advertise it if they don’t want you swimming.

We found this place last minute and decided to pick it over the other hotels in the same circle because of the exterior atmosphere. When we went in to inquire about a room, the concierge was super easy going and funny and it was a done deal. The room was clean, the bed was on the firm side (great for me) and the bathroom was large. We had to run out early so couldn’t get the hot breakfast but there was a large selection of muffins, apples and bananas for on the go eating. Would stay here again.

Really nice place ! The room was clean! The bed was comfortable! The location was good. They accepted my little dog with a fee and deposit. I forgot my necklace and I called and they mailed it back to me! I recommend this place!

My husband and I lucked out staying here! We were simply looking for a nice, clean hotel with a comfortable bed, for an overnight stay driving home on a road trip. This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The stay was super friendly. Beyond clean and comfortable, the room and bathroom were spacious, with lovely decor and furnishings. The breakfast was an added benefit. I highly recommend Best Western Pontiac Inn if you need a great hotel at a very reasonable price!

Our family of four all enjoyed our one night stay. The room and bathroom were clean, beds we’re comfortable and breakfast was better than most. We travel as a family quite a bit, and we all found something we liked. They even have a varied breakfast which is nice for those staying multiple nights picture for this week attached. Price was really reasonable using site found through Google Maps. Definitely recommend.

We spent a night here whilst driving Route 66.
Our room was spacious with 2 queen sized beds. The hotel corridors were nice and wide too.
The staff at check in, during our stay and check out were very friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast was just enough to set you up for the day, although the dining area was very small.
The only real downside was that the pool doesn’t open until 0900. It would have been nice to have an early swim before breakfast.
I would recommend this hotel to others looking to stop in the Pontiac area.
