I really enjoyed my visit. All the staff was very helpful and professional especially Bibi and the maintenance guy. Everyone else was wonderful. Very clean, breakfast was delicious.
Very nice overall! Clean, comfy, like new hotel. Giving 4 stars overall only because breakfast ran until 9 am, usually they run until 10 am. Would definitely stay again!
Everything is nice. Spent a month away from home at this place. Front desk staff wonderful, the ladies from the continental breakfast are very attentive, and the room cleaning as well… in general I could have not spend a better time at another place while working away from home.
Clean rooms. Clean public spaces. Helpful and personable front desk staff. Giselle asked for a special mention. The elevation makes for a lovely spot to see Florida sunsets. Plenty of single use plastic and paper products. No restaurant. No bar. Tiny gym. Very American style breakfast offerings, rather uninspired but clean. (Don’t be tempted by the dodgy waffle place down the road). No nearby public transport. I would stay here again as it is better in every respect than the H2S hotel up the road.
After booking through priceline for a hot tub room and arriving at the facility we find out there is no such room, Really disappointed. UPDATE THE WEBSITE! Ridiculous.
The room was nice but the manager/ boss lady way overcharged me. She took it upon herself to go into my account and add a bunch of pet fees to the account that were incorrect. Upon arrival from a tragic incident she has made it very hard and inconvenient for me to get through this. Turned me away multiple times through red cross and now the card that has the money on it will not receive the money back for she doesn’t know how long she said? I had a house fire and that’s all the money I have for a place to stay right now with a two year old and a dog. Out of $640 I now only have $150 for a 3 night stay at a rate of $107 a night the dog only stayed two nights and I paid for one of those nights in cash? I’m homeless from the house fire and this woman screwed me up so bad she don’t even know.
Not too close to anything, although there is a Walmart & Olive Garden nearby. Had some trouble using the room key to get in the room. At first, we thought there was a portable a/c in the room, but it was a dehumidifier-it was hot and humid. Thin walls, you hear all the noise in the hallways. Staff was nice. Breakfast was decent- their pancake maker looks like a small copy machine- very cool. Bananas kinda on the greenish side. Green Apples & oranges looked good. They had Muffins, Cinnamon rolls, cheese omelets, potatoes, grits, instant oatmeal, and more plus juices & coffee. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked inviting. Facility looks clean. Would go there again but would ask for a room out of the way at the end of the hall.
