Niagara Falls Hotels Featuring In-Room Jacuzzi and Hot Tub Reviews on Google

The hotel is located at prime location with walking distances to all the key attraction spots. The room is very comfortable but it’s a bit worn out. the hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good with many choices from the menu. Overall amazing experience to stay in the hotel.
Service was great!
Food was the best we had on our trip for breakfast and dinner. You can drink the water there and it is good. For some people that matters (me). Location was amazing! Amazing ?!
The restaurant offers a wonderfully comfortable dining experience, especially if you choose to sit outside and enjoy the sound of the Falls and the ringing trolley bells. The waitstaff is exceptional, providing thoughtful and impeccable service. The food is truly superb, exceeding our expectations with its presentation and delicious taste.
We were disappointed to find that our room had not been thoroughly cleaned. The carpet had not been vacuumed, and the cupboards were peeling and flaking paint. The bathroom fan vents made a loud rattling sound, which was quite bothersome.
The curtains were not properly attached to the rod, and we couldn’t block out the bright lights from the parking lot. Moreover, the tub was not clean and still had standing water in it, and the pillows had an unpleasant smell. However, my wife cleaned the tub to our satisfaction, which was quite refreshing after walking around Niagara Falls for more than 20,000 steps.
If someone were to inquire whether I would revisit the Red Coach Inn, I would most certainly respond affirmatively. However, I would come equipped with a few cleaning provisions and essential oils to conceal the disagreeable odor emanating from the pillows.

Awesome ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The room was something we never expected and it was super nice. The decor was interesting and my wife loved it. Super cool wallpaper.
Ask about the free breakfast… we enjoyed it very much!
Next time we visit we will be looking into this place again. I love the American side of the falls, so much walking and hiking can be done and we loved it. I hope we can explore the hiking trails by the river next time.
Unmatched accommodation, an unforgettable experience. The hotel in general very nice. The excellent room. Clean, neat, organized with very pleasant spaces. The people at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very varied and of good quality.
I highly recommend this hotel if you want a special stay or celebration. Excellent people. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
Price point wasn’t bad, but it was one of my only choices in the area with most of the other hotels booked up.
The only positive is a very cool view, though, if you go to floor 19. It’s a full 360 view of the area. I think only guests have access.
The hotel has some really cool engravings. I belive it was also the oldest hotel in the area.
For the price on the stay, there should be much more amenities offered, and you can see how they used to offer certain amenities, but don’t anymore.
For example:
– there were no robes in the room
– the (1) ice machine did not work and staff did not offer any solution to that
– the tv did not work half the time
– the bar had no food options at all
– despite being advertised, there is no option to have breakfast delivered to your room
– in addition to above, the breakfast was ‘ok’ but I have had better at holiday inn
– the rooms are decently decorated, but definitely have a an old and tired feel
– the hotel is marketed as ‘green’, which means that the plugs will shut off if there no movement detected for 45 minutes. Apparently green is in reference to their utility costs.
The only plus side to the hotel is location, which is very good. Near to the state park and right next to old falls street.
We booked the the Niagara Falls “American & Canadian Tour” which the hotel website states includes “The Giacomo Essential Survival Bag”, but we received nothing. We called the hotel to book the tour weeks before but despite numerous follow up emails and calls, only received confirmatuon a couple of days before. We would recommend booking directly with Over The Falls Tours (that operate the one advertised on the hotel website) who were excellent and cheaper direct!
Our booking information mentioned room service breakfast, but when we asked, we were informed it was no longer offered. The lounge bar was not offering food due to equipment malfunction so we were left to find our own meals elsewhere during the stay.
The breakfast offering was very limited and was far from luxury boutique, with cheap plastic plates and knives, and a very limited hot buffet. The fresh fruit salad and bakery items were excellent, and the service was perfect. Overall, we’ve had better breakfasts in a budget hotel.
We discovered that, although the hotel has 19 floors, most of this is taken up by office and residential space, with the hotel being a minor part of the business – it shows.
Overall, for us, The Giacommo over-promised and under-delivered.
It is not.
So the hotel has free parking, but it has just 2 tiny spaces to unload. Then you check in and get the code for the parking lot across the road.
In the room the AC was making rattling sounds and did not really care if we tried to make it warmer, it was blasting cold air. The front desk said that it always does that, which is a weird thing to say at the boutique hotel. The bed sheets were too small for the king bed.
There were two options how to get breakfast, they say that they did not have enough space for everyone, so they offer to deliver it to your room.
Overall, I like the hotel, it could be great for a 2* or even 3*, but it claims to be a 4* boutique hotel which it is not.
The location is just great, really close to the falls.
Anyway, if I’m ever in Niagara again, I know exactly where I’ll be staying.
The only little thing I would improve is that the bathroom shower area didn’t have a hand handle on the wall. But bah it’s a minor thing compared to everything else that was perfect.
The lounge on the main floor is very nicely decorated. Almost has a Moroccan feel to it. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful.
The only reason I didn’t give this place a five star is very slight. The carpets in the hallways do smell a little musty. Should they ever rip those out, they deserve a full five star rating.
