Authentic Reviews of Lubbock Hotels Featuring Hot Tubs
Very good hotel, nice spacious suite, clean and tidy. Breakfast very good and well cared for. Good fitness room and complimentary laundry!. Were here from June 1 to June 7 and will definitely come back
I arrived to Naples June 10 for my first time. Our plans were ruined due to the rain. We went to the front desk and spoke with Joana, Amir, Marco, & Fatima about alternative plans. The entire staff was attentive, and very helpful to identify new indoor places to visit due timo the rain. Without the friendly staff, our entire day would have been ruined. Thank you so much for your fantastic staff, we will definitely be staying here again!
Great hotel for your vacation stay or just for a few days on business. It offers free breakfast every day and dinners on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Close to restaurants, grocery shopping, and home shopping.
Everything was excellent. The rooms were large and clean. The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean. The breakfast varied and of good quality. The pool was in good shape and and clean. It is a place that I could return to.
Chef Lariana is absolutely amazing! The best food I’ve ever had at any hotel. She pours love into each dish and she is such a nice, pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this hotel. With great drinks and chef Lariana, you can’t go wrong!
We loved this hotel. Bed very comfortable as was whole room. Everone we talked to was friendly and helpful. Loved Happy hour mon,Tuesday and Wednesday. Food good and Mike the bartender great. We met many friendly people there. Breakfast every morning also a big plus. 100 percent recommend this hotel
Wow, beautifully designed, brand new, well located and great customer service, I was checked in my Kenji who very polite and customer focused. One glitch in the design is having the towel stand on top of the toilet, my clumsy fingers dropped the towel in it. Breakfast is included, it was decent your basic items were there , If you are used to say a Hyatt place breakfast then this is trailing a bit behind. On whole 5 stars
Horrible stay room has a musty smell when first walked in the room pool area all windows open with no screen hot tub and pool nasty with lots of bugs and other debris in pool would leave less than 1 star if I could
This hotel has a pool that is so disgusting. I would not recommend getting into it. Also, the gym is nonexistent. It is an empty room. I ran into a couple of live cockroaches in the morning as well. The room was a little bit dirty.
Stayed 2 nights and I had to ask for clean towels and they asked me to bring them to the front desk but housekeeping never came by when I refused to bring them towels to get clean ones she said wait so I can give them to you I replied I don’t work here I paid for housekeeping when I paid to stay the young lady rolled her eyes and said what room are you in….otherwise this is a great place to stay
I arrived to this hotel and checked in after 3pm. Went to my room and to my surprise it had a beer can and a cup that had someone spit in it. My bed was made up but the pillows were on the desk and couch. The floor wasnt vacuumed or cleaned. The restroom toilet had a booger in it and sink was nasty! I called front desk and they said they were going to move me but when I went downstairs they said I had to wait to get the that same room cleaned to go in. I had to be somewhere at 5pm. We went to check on the room at 4:30pm and it was done but was upset because I was running late for the event. Had to get ready fast and leave. Not very satisfied with this hotel. They need to have someone checking rooms before they rent them. Too bad it is a nice room and hotel but my experience was bad here. I am a member and they treated me horrible.
Hotel is newly remodeled and looks fresh and new. Only small complaints, no shampoo in shower, just body lotions. There’s no privacy curtian on the window. Also the vinyl floors are sticky could use a wash. Otherwise very clean and nice rooms. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay again
