Authentic Hotel Reviews for Jacuzzi Suites in Hot Springs
This was our second time to this very lovely inn and we were not disappointed! The setting, the rooms, and the precious staff made our stay a memorable one! The food, and the beautiful landscaping just added to the relaxing atmosphere. So thankful we found this place and will definitely want to return.❤️
Exceptional boutique hotel with an outstanding team, serene rooms, and breathtaking views. Nestled in a beautiful location, the well-maintained grounds added to the charm and tranquility of our stay. Our five-night visit surpassed all expectations. From the moment we arrived, Tiffany warmly welcomed us with a personalized tour of the facility and guided us to our room. Our accommodations included a covered parking space conveniently located next to our private entrance. The gourmet breakfast, served by attentive and incredibly friendly staff, was a delightful start to each day. Despite having a set menu, the chef was more than happy to accommodate any modifications we requested. The predinner cruise was a great way to spend our anniversary.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience!
The attached photos, all taken on the property, don’t do it justice.
This by far is the most amazing Inn/ Resort I have ever stayed at!!! We were booked for the week of the solar eclipse in 2024 and it was spectacular. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Food was amazing. And room service was exceptional! Couldn’t ask for better views and you have use of kayaks and canoes. Most romantic get away Inn!! Highly recommend for any couple wanting to get some alone time! ❤️❤️❤️
Can not say enough good things about our time here. The grounds were beautiful and the location itself was very private. Beautiful Japanese Maples, Hydrangeas, roses, Gladiolas, all kinds of flowering perennials and a little water feature running thru the middle. It is on the lake but not the heavily populated part, the more secluded part. The room was spacious, private and well appointed- they had a mini fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, glassware, hot tea pot, dvd player, etc… They thought of everything. The patio off the room was perfect. We sat there and had breakfast daily – which was outstanding- and had dinner there one night as well which was fantastic. There was a fireplace which we did not use but can imagine it would be fabulous to sit there by the fire. The entire area is serene and tranquil. The grounds are beautiful- hummingbirds, butterflies, cardinals, robins, geese etc.. They have lots of water activities to choose from – kayak, paddle boats, a pontoon boat if you want, as well as games you can use in the main room (cards backgammon etc…) as well as lots of seating, chairs hammocks down by the water. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Our stay here was perfect. The staff was amazing, the food was amazing, the property was amazing. My husband will also tell you the fresh baked cookies are amazing and he should know because he ate a bunch of them. We went with another couple and were able to relax and visit in the common room with a wonderful view of the lake, and also sat on the lounge chairs down by the lake where we were able to have cocktails delivered to us. The location is convenient to Garvan Woodland Gardens, Lake Catherine State Park, Hot Springs National Park and more. We can’t wait to go again.
This Inn is amazing. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel. The staff was super friendly constantly going above and beyond. The view from our room was so beautiful. The bed was luxurious along with a superb tub and shower. My wife and I highly recommend here and hope to return for another wonderful stay.
Wonderful place to stay. The bed was so comfortable, sheets were soft, the place was spotless. The staff was amazing and the location was great. We were able to lounge on the hammocks, take the canoe out for sunset, and then spent the evening around the fire pit sipping on some wine. Breakfast was really tasty and I absolutely loved how the staff put the coffee outside the door in the morning so we could enjoy the view while we sipped our coffee. I can’t wait to come back when the water is a bit warmer to lounge on their beach area or go for a swim.
I can’t believe how incredible our stay was! Lookout Point Lakeside Inn is like a supercharged bed and breakfast. The facilities were spotless, modern, convenient, and so peaceful. Not only that, but the staff was absolutely fantastic. They greeted us with a smile every day and took care of any questions or requests we had. We’ll definitely be coming back to this place in the future. It’s rare to find a place that pays attention to every little detail, but Lookout Point Lakeside Inn definitely does, and they do it exceptionally well.
Absolutely loved this place! Quaint boutique hotel with stunning grounds and view of Lake Hamilton. We enjoyed morning coffee on our balcony, sunning in hammock, paddling on the lake, sipping wine by the waters edge for sunset and the firepit in the evening. Service was excellent. The gourmet breakfast delivered to our room each morning was amazing. This place far exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
My wife and I spent this past weekend at the inn. It was fabulous. The staff is so helpful and friendly. They will bring your breakfast each morning to the room which is nice. We sat on our patio overlooking the lake and ate. Breakfast was delicious. One night, we ordered a flat bread pizza from the restaurant and it was also delicious. The room was super clean and offered lots of towels and extras. Since the weather was hot, we used a couple of their provided floats and just swam off the boat dock. They also have kayaks and a canoe. Highly recommend! In cooler weather, the fire pit would be a place to hang out after dark.
My husband and I wanted a special place to celebrate privately his 90th birthday, and because I had never heard of Lookout Point Lakeside Inn, I made a lot of inquiries with the front desk to find the perfect room for us and the extra packages that would complete our stay. To begin with, the staff is absolutely amazing; the food was wonderful, and the surroundings relaxing and serene. This serene boutique hotel will now become our getaway place.
The staff at Lookout Point is amazing! Reminded me of being at an all inclusive resort! Loved the lake access since it was over 100° while I was there. Nice to get in and cool off. Also, took the kayaks out for a bit. Ordered the cheese steak and meatball sandwiches both of which were very good. This B&B is well located as it is close to the history on Central Avenue but tucked away well enough you have no idea you’re in town. My only constructive feedback would be larger tubs and maybe have someone doing rounds outside to sell more drinks and apps. Great place if your looking to go to Hot Springs!
Lookout Point Lakeside Inn is incredible! The staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating and we instantly felt like family. My wife and I are both gluten intolerant and I have an allergy to eggs. Not a problem for the kitchen staff. They were able to adapt their recipes to meet our dietary needs with the food still being amazing. They even baked us gluten free cookies upon request for us. I highly recommend this inn and you won’t regret booking your next getaway here. The location is very good with most tourist destinations within a 20 minute drive. The room was very comfortable with its own private balcony with 2 very comfortable rocking chairs. The common spaces allowed us to enjoy the rest of the property including a nice indoor sitting area with tables for game play and puzzle building as well as an immaculate garden and lakefront area with chaise lounges, a great fire pit and other comfortable seating to enjoy the view and relax.
We had a wonderful experience at Lookout Point Lakeside Inn. The attention to detail was incredible. The grounds were gorgeous, the room comfortable and clean, including small touches like a sound machine to use if desired, coffee, and water. The main areas were relaxing and had fresh cookies, water, sodas, coffee, tea, and more around the clock! A delicious breakfast was brought to our door every morning. Boats were available at the private dock to explore the lake. It was truly a top notch place to stay. We’d recommend this lovely inn to anyone.
Excellent location and easy to find. The room was a good size and clean. The beds were not the best but they worked for the night. The pool isn’t huge but it would be great for kids. The hot tub was perfect after a day of crystal digging. Breakfast was yummy.
As always a great stay with Comfort Suites. Great service, clean rooms, indoor heated pool, working washer and dryer for occasional accidents and fabulous breakfast. I love to stay here whenever I’m in Hot Springs. Reasonably priced even during racing season. Love it!!!❤️❤️❤️
We stayed at this hotel for one night family of four. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean, the bathroom was a decent size and was very clean the breakfast was great especially the waffles. The front desk staff were very nice. My only complaint would be the pool/hot tub they were both dirty and the hot tub smelt like old water that had been in there for a long time and pee, wouldn’t suggest using the pool/hot tub facility.
Best hotel in Hot Springs! Brandy, our front desk associate was extremely gracious, friendly and welcoming!! We had car issues and Brandy was absolutely fantastic! We truly appreciate the front desk team and we’ll definitely be returning here again soon!
We spent three days at this hotel recently and we received excellent service, plus great value for money. Our room was spotless clean and we where provided with plenty of towels and the beds where very comfortable. The room also had a suite and this was very nice to have, as the room also contained a refridgerator, microwave and coffee maker. The front desk reception where not only friendly and welcoming but very helpful, as we asked a lot of questions and they where very accommodating. Breakfast offered each morning provided a very nice selection, ranging from breakfast cereal to biscuits, eggs and sausage gravy, with a good selection of drinks. The location of this hotel is perfect, away from the noise and convieniently placed close to the Freeway for ease and access.
