By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. You spent around $300 for a basic room and are expecting a nice, classy, clean experience. Upon arrival it looks gorgeous… until you walk into your shoe box sized room. Then you notice stained floors, a bed that has spring indents in it from being so worn out, a thin blanket with stains on it. Me and my husband tried making the best out of it and decided let’s order room service, it’s valentine’s day without the kids, let’s enjoy right? Wrong. The room service decided to close early. Okay, brush it off. Let’s go to the pool! I mean we spent $100 on some new bathing suits so why not put them to use before our vacation in Florida! Immediately upon arriving at the pool you see the kind of pool you would see at the YMCA. We of course didn’t make a big fuss, just had fun and went to the room. When making the reservation we were told that there was a FREE breakfast buffet so we said “$300, the FREE breakfast buffet will be worth it.” Wrong again! They lied to me! It would’ve been $50 MORE for a hospital breakfast. At this point I was seeing red. $300 when I could have spent $89 for their Country Inn & Suites and had an awesome bed, free breakfast, and better service. I then asked management if they could refund a portion of the money I paid since the hotel is HORRIBLE. They said take it up with Hotels.com so I called. Then upon talking to them they lied to Hotels and said “She made no complaints.” So then I called the Radisson DIRECTLY after they asked hotels to offer me TWELVE DOLLARS for my inconvenience. Upon speaking to them they found out I did in fact call and was lied to. They told me I would have an email by Monday. It is now Wednesday. They scam you by making you think it’s a nice hotel like the Ritz or the Hilton, but this is the grossest and grungiest place I have ever stayed. Never again. I will be calling every single day until there is a refund issued. STAY AWAY!!! 0/5!!!
We had a wonderful time at our daughter and new son-in-law’s wedding. The hotel rooms and bathrooms were very clean, comfortable, and very well-appointed. The multitudes of services available within the hotel were top-notch. The employees were incredibly attentive, helpful, nice to work with, and very kind. The food was okay.
A very insignificant issue was the lotion they provide isn’t good for people who are sensitive to strong scents. That said, our younger daughter loved it.
Everything at the Radisson was just incredible and I’d definitely recommend this hotel for any business meeting, conference, or meaningful event.
This hotel is beautiful, well cleaned, and rooms very cleaned as well. Fast room service, and staff was very attentive to our needs, pool was nice and clean same with hot tub. The area has a lot of homeless people but they seemed harmless. Would stay again for sure
This is an overpriced hotel. Front desk check -in is decades behind better hotels. Service and management are both sub-par. Rooms (I had a ‘suite’ ) had strange hipster furniture. Not usable as a regular suite. Valet parking was $30 but excellent.
Lobby is large. Nice Starbucks. Glad I only stayed 1 night. Will not be coming back.
Came here for a conference and everything was first class. All the staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were very nice. Food was good and the restaurant had the best steak I’ve ever tasted! Took some leftovers back to the room but they didn’t last the night, I just couldn’t stop eating it! The only negative thing at all was the connecting door to the next room let noise through and the neighbors were not very quiet at night when they came in or in the morning when they got up. Gym area was nice and well equipped, even a sauna which I loved!
Very nice hotel and well maintained! The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. My room was nicely clean and well taken care of. Housekeeping there was on spot and I will definitely stay there again. If you’re looking to have a conference or a ball somewhere, this hotel is definitely a must. Job well done to all the staff. Also, the prices for food and drinks at Old Burdicks was perfect. They weren’t over costly at all and the staff there were friendly and did an awesome job!!
We had four rooms here to attend my father’s funeral. Everyone in our family was disappointed. The beds were quite terrible, all of the hand sanitizers were totally empty in the dining area. Also there were no forks, no coffee creamer, no syrup for pancakes, etc. for the breakfast. Staff was not available or not helpful. The rooms were quite dark. Overall, this facility is to be avoided. This is a black eye to the Hampton brand.
Easy access from I-94, a good awning for unloading a car, plenty of parking during my visit, plus friendly & helpful desk staff.
The room was fine — typical hotel amenities and seemingly clean. The only notable items were ancient feeling fluorescent bulbs in two of the many fixtures in the room (they lit things fine, I was just amused by the flickering and ticking noises as they turned on lol) and an impressively high-flow showerhead (by hotel standards).
The continental breakfast spread was also pretty typical, though quality was above average. The make-your-own waffle seemed a little better than is usual (and they offered far more toppings than most places), and the eggs were well-cooked (not rubbery or runny as happens when they sit out at some hotels).
Ambiance: 3/5 a typical hotel room, clean, and functional Food quality: 3/5 it’s the typical continental breakfast buffet, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, bagels, toast, juice, muffins, cereal, fruit, etc. Service: 4/5 very attentive, quick, and efficient. Price: 4/5 prices were fair Amenities: 3/5 hit or miss the pool water was a little cool and the hot tub had been removed. Amenities within the room were good.
Our room, Suite with two queen beds was nice and large enough for four people to hang out comfortably.
There is a little bookshelf with books to read including several for kids.
The pool was well stocked with towels and clean (worth noting the hotel itself was kept very clean).

My wife and I, and our two Golden Retriever’s stayed here for two days. The room was comfortable, quiet, clean, and close to an exit, so it was easy for exit and entry, with the dogs. Nice grounds and a good amount of area for walking the dogs. The buffet was adequate, nothing fancy but enough to eat.
This is a bit of “you get what you pay for”. My room was clean and comfortable, but had issues. Several cracked tiles in the bathroom, closet door wouldn’t close, room door was twitchy.
Service was very friendly and attentive.
Location is in the midst of a variety of fast food locations that are walkable, and has easy freeway access.
Despite being on a busy street, my room was pretty quiet.
The front desk noted that they are preparing to upgrade.
