Hotel hot tub reviews in Lincoln, Nebraska on Google
This is a hotel that’s right off the highway, and i’ve stayed at many Hampton inns before, so I decided to stay here for just the night on my long trip back home. The lobby is large and welcoming and the front desk lady was very kind to me and gave me my keys and I went to my room. The rooms are large and clean and have a pleasant hotel room smell. The bathroom and shower worked well and had hot water. The only reason I take off a star is because when I was packing up, I was checking in the corners of the room for anything I could of left and i found a very old black banana peel. I get it, it might’ve been hard to see, but still, something like that should be cleaned up. Overall very nice hotel, breakfast was nice and has a big area for eating, I would stay here again.
Great parking for our truck and 24 ft pontoon, great location right off the I-80. Breakfast was awesome and lady taking care of breakfast area was keeping everything clean and stocked, lady with pink glasses at front desk made sure and asked us if we needed water for our trip and was very helpful. Our room was nice and clean
Great hotel, spacious rooms, friendly staff. I’ve stayed here several times now and each time it was great. Only negative I can think of is if you have a room on the north side (by the interstate) it can get pretty loud, but I just turned on the constant fan and only occasionally you would hear a loud car go by. This trip I asked for a room on the south side of the building and it was great.
Horrible, just horrible. The rooms run around 156 each, which is very steep for what little is actually offered. It is also not the price shown through google maps which has it listed as 50 dollars cheaper. Multiple things in my room are broken, including the desk chair and air unit. The room’s outdoor window has a big grease hand print in the middle of it so I can’t open the blind without seeing this dirty grossness. Do not stay here, avoid it, otherwise you will be very mad as soon as you walk in the room and realize you just wasted a monthly car payment for what used to be motel-like accommodations. Also the walls are very thin, you hear your neighbors here. The shower head is cheap plastic with little water pressure. The body wash tube in the shower was empty. But hey you get the most basic of basic cable so there’s that I guess. Avoid this place like the plague.
This location no longer has a hot tub. I booked this location mostly because the photos on Google Maps showed a hot tub. It has been filled in and tiled over. The breakfast is great, the staff was friendly, the ice machine worked. In our room the water pressure was ok but the shower didn’t seem to have as much pressure as you’d expect for the water pressure. The beds were pretty comfortable, the curtains/shades kept the room dark and my 13 year old says the sofa bed was comfortable, the mattress was not paper thin and you couldn’t feel the springs through the mattress, like in some places.
I was set to leave a less than positive review but the service from the front desk staff member upon check out made this an overall positive experience. When we arrived to our room, we immediately heard the whining and barking of the dog across the hall. It was so loud, you could hear him/her in our room with the door closed. Poor puppy…terrible owner. We called the front desk and could tell we weren’t the first to call. Then, we found the sink full of ice, the ice bucket was wet and a soaked wash cloth in the shower. Someone had just left????? Our thought, a prior guest who also complained of the dog. Upon relaying our story at check out, the front desk staff said she would make it right. She was very nice and apologized several times. The room was nice, though and a good location. Just a couple hiccups this trip.
The size of the room was great but the location of the room in the building was not ideal. This specific room was on the first floor by the Pantry which was accessed at all hours which was noticeable by slamming of the door. We also could hear all the water that was used above us…a constant water feature sounds. The pillows and bed were very comfortable, however we were constantly woken up by these sounds. The sink in the faucet in the bathroom got really hot but the shower would not hold a consistent temperature.
My spouse and I were moving across the country and we stopped for our first night here. The room was clean, spacious, and neat. In a two queen bedroom, the bathroom was big and had an air of luxury. Water pressure was great, though the complimentary shampoo and conditioner bottles were on the small side. The bed was soft and firm. The pillows were too soft and thin for my taste. Had a hard time falling asleep on them. I don’t remember her name, but a young black lady during the night shift was amazing and helped us greatly. Definitely deserves a raise. Gave us all the information we needed. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Nothing bad, but nothing to brag about. Overall, a good experience. Would definitely stay here again.
Nice place to stay. They ran out of coffee pods for the rooms, the last 2 days we were there. Inconvenient but it was available in the lobby, 24 hrs so that was workable. Saturday night it sounded like the folks in the room above us were using their room as a gym. We called the front desk. The gal was very polite and cheerful. (Unfortunately I didn’t get her name) Said she was on her way up and within minutes the bumping ceased! CHEERS and thank you so much!)??????
Great hotel, only complaint was that my fridge didn’t get very cold. Great staff clean rooms, great coffee machine. Breakfast has the ‘famous” powder type eggs that were pretty dry but the other options looked great ?
Nice, newer clean hotel surrounded by lots of food choices. Very convenient to fuel and I-80 as well. Super customer service at check in, and good breakfast selection. Breakfast attendant was friendly and helpful. You won’t be disappointed if you stop here!
I drove from Massachusetts to California and then from California back to Massachusetts in a month and stayed at tons of places with different prices and different quality points.
This best western was the absolute best. Great price! Clean CLEAN rooms, friendly staff, beautiful building and interior decor. It was all around a very positive experience and I would choose to stay here again.
