We stayed there over night and our car gotten broken into along with one other car. There is a blind spot on the cameras half way down the hotel as reported by those that work there. The police officer also reported multiple break ins at this location as well. Be careful staying there and make sure you park near the entrance.
I don’t appreciate how the manager handled talking with us and we requested the let travelers know about the blind spot in which she immediately shot down and said that “this never happens”.
The room was clean and the other staff was nice and very helpful.

I had a reservation 10-17-24. We have stayed here many, many times. WAS our favorite local hotel. We usually have no complaints, until now. This time we were told they couldn’t accept my credit karma
debit card. We end up having to pull over to look online for another hotel. Which we ended up finding almost an hour later, & my card worked just fine there. Only rooms there, cost me more $. Although we found another place, we would of much rather stayed here like usual & as planned. I’ve been a member for like 7years. I couldnt believe I was being treated that way. I was so embarrassed and treated very poorly.

It was a nice room suite king size bed but we had roaches in our room we told the front desk she didn’t act too worried about it we killed the roaches but that’s still gross beds was hard and uncomfortable

I’ve stayed in thousands of hotels and hundreds of holiday inns, and this one, by far takes the cake. Excellent staff, well maintained property, you feel welcomed. Exactly how a business should be managed.

Our rooms were large and very clean. It’s only about 6 minutes from Bricktown. Free parking also. Non-smoking rooms. Must smoke outside. We’ll visit again if we’re in the area. ( ?)

Taking a break but went in right away and waited for me to go in. She was very professional and helpful, she gets 5 stars for sure. She answers all my questions and gave me toothpaste because I forgot mine. The rooms are big and clean, the whole place is clean. I will be back.

Customer service top notch. Wish I could remember the front desk guys name- outstanding! Stayed here because it was close to Bricktown and a little cheaper than staying downtown. However what we saved on a room we def spent that and more on uber/lyft. Very clean.

If you think your room is clean, better think again!!! This was under the couch in the King Suite room we stayed in. I had misplaced one of my belongings which led to basically turning the room upside down. And this is what we found. Wont stay here again. We’ll stick to what we know and usually get.

Room was nice, staff was nice, breakfast was great! Eggs didn’t look watery like most hotels. Cinnamon roll was amazing & looked whole made, freshly made to. I didn’t get down there til 8:30am. Very clean

This isn’t the best holiday inn location I’ve been to that’s for sure. The lady at front desk could of been way more friendly to the guests. I did think the rooms were alright though and fairly clean. Again not the best holiday inn or hotel I have stayed in for that matter. I would recommend going to the hotel down the street if you don’t feel like dealing with staff that’s less then friendly and not eager to help or please the guests in anyway.

I was assigned a room with a light out in the bathroom. They were ready to get me into a different room, but it wasn’t that big of an issue. In the morning, the pop I put in the fridge was warm. It was unplugged. They offered to replace it, and again, I declined. The room was very spacious, and the bed comfortable. Morning breakfast was very good, and being open an extra hour was nice.

Location is the only thing good about this one. Stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites that are much nicer than this one. Beds were TERRIBLE… fire detector was making weird noises all night.

I called literally 10 hotels looking for a room that was: affordable, accepted pets without a ridiculous deposit (1 hotel charges $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, and that was more than what the room rate), had rooms with a bathtub, it was a plus if they had a hottub in the room, free breakfast, and most importantly, parking for big rigs. Kelsea answered the phone and made the reservation process so easy. She was great. The rooms are spacious, the hotel smells fresh, the staff are friendly and welcoming. Mercedes greeted guests with a warmth and genuine kindness. She gave excellent recommendations for great restaurants. The night staff who checked us on was so helpful helping us make sure we would be able to park our truck. If you’re coming into town, don’t waste your time with any other place. I promise, you won’t be disappointed.

Had to have the GF at Will Rogers early Thursday morning, so we drove down the night before. Easy to get to, plenty of places to eat nearby. The lady that checked us in was super nice. The room was larger than the pics we’ve seen, lol it was nice, well stocked and clean, there were a few small cosmetic defects her and there but nothing that would deter me from staying there again. Guy at the desk next morning seemed timid, I walked passed, said good morning and no response, might not of heard me. The breakfast selection was nice and there was a housekeeper cleaning up and keeping the food stocked, she was nice and looked happy to be at work.

This location has the best staff and the most comfortable beds EVER! At first I had chosen the Moore Ok location but the lady working the front counter was so rude and foul. She shouldn’t have a job working in customer service. I got to this location and Sammie greeted me with a smile, made sure all of my needs were met and answered all of my questions without treating me like I was bothering her. She deserves a raise for her professionalism and knowledge of the business. She does a wonderful job and I will stay at this location again.

I called because I was going to book for a Thursday & Friday. I understand that Friday is a weekend rate but if I did Thursday by its self it was $129 for the room. If I book for both nights instead of Friday charging the weekend rate it changed both night to $181. I understand Friday being higher but why would you be pentalized a higher price for a week day night. The person on the phone just kept saying its weekend rates for both if I book 2 nights and its the system. So if I book the room separate and do Thursday reservation and than do another booking for Friday for the same room I would save money. This makes no sense so I will go else where with my business.

I have stayed here several times and usually get room #100 for some reason. The digital key has never worked for that room and I have told them about it numerous times with no resolve.. When I checked in today, I parked at end of hotel because that is where room 100 is located.. digital key not working on that door either. Walked all the way up front to get key and key did not work in that door either. When I finally got into the room I now notice the desk chair in very bad shape…. Material falling the entire chair. You would think they would replace this…. This will be the last stay at a Hampton in OKC…. I have been loyal but now have to switch to different chain….

Would have given 5 stars but something in the hardwired smoke alarm kept making an electrical zapping noise all night. Otherwise, room was clean, bed was very comfortable, totally enjoyed the shower. It had great pressure. The free hot breakfast was awesome!! And Merecedes was very helpful when she checked me in. I Would def come back.
