We got the king size bed and omg the bed, sheets, pillows and blankets were wonderful so soft and comfy. Everything was white so you could see how clean everything was. Then the layout of the room was nice with a separate little sitting area that had a second tv. Overall very satisfied and the staff was so nice! Very helpful and explained everything about our stay and any fees they hold for being local. They did tell us as residents of Spokane they hold an additional 250 dollars until you check out which is then released once you leave. It then can take 2 to 3 business days to get back so be prepared for the extra money up front. It makes complete sense why the do that though so that’s why I’m comfortable giving that rating.

Great hotel, loved the real hot breakfast. We will probably be back. What we didn’t like is the huge variation in prices from one day to the next. Need to pay close attention to what they charge. We also had dogs with us, and they were very supportive of having pets!!!

Other than the lobby having a “Smoke” smell we were very pleased.
Reservations at motel. insured we had a.handicap room.
Staff very helpful.
Breakfast was good.

Disability friendly! This was a great place for my sister and her husband to stay for the week. They were able to visit friend after friend in the comfortable lobby, just feet from their room. The coffee bar provided a great place to host visitors.

This was my second stay at this location and will definitely not be the last. Every single staff member is pleasant, personable, willing to go above and beyond for any request a guest may have. The entire facility was clean, the pool and jacuzzi were fantastic and the room was white-glove clean. The staff seem to truly enjoy their job and it shows. I felt safe, the full complimentary breakfast is like no other I’ve seen. I am very very thankful for the hospitality I received during my stay and look for ward to seeing you all again!!
Marbella even put together a little surprise bag for myself and my kiddo and Lily put together a color book and crayons. The absolute best and most accommodating staff I have ever experienced. Thank you all!!!

First/last time at a Best Western. The receptionist at our check in was great. The one the second night was grumpy when we asked for another blanket.

The rooms were ok. Comfort wise. Just hope no one turns on the water or walks or talks near you.

The breakfast wasn’t great. I know it’s mass produced food, but the eggs were sitting in half an inch of water. The coffee is from a machine and the creamer from the pumper that doesn’t need refrigerated, so it was pretty poor.

Stayed here due to proximity to the university, next time we’ll drive a bit further to a better quality establishment.

Convenient location, great service, friendly and helpful, always clean
This last time, I was injured and requested an accessible room. The accessible room required the elevator to go down a floor. When I asked what plan was in place to get people with limited mobility who can’t use stairs out of the building in case if emergency when the elevator is not operational, I was told staff would come find me and help me get up the stairs, that I’d see other guests who might be able to help, and that stairs weren’t too difficult. I imagined being in a power chair with no ability to bear weight–it would require several people to carry me, and several people to carry my chair up the stairs I’m concerned about safety in this case.

Also, the shower was a challenge. The faucet and shower head are on the opposite side of the shower from the seat, so it’s not possible to reach the faucet or shower head independently. There’s also not a hook for the shower head, so I had to hold it the entire time to keep it from dropping to the floor where I wouldn’t be able to use it.

The bathroom door was a challenge to close and open from inside the shower. Just not a lot of space to maneuver.

The bathroom sink has an angle piece which makes it difficult to get close enough with a wheelchair to reach the faucet.

Finally, the front desk clerk had her dog with her. I love dogs and I love that it’s a pet friendly hotel. However she was holding it the entire time she was helping people, including with her hands on it’s paws. She also stood it up on the he counter that people use to rest their arms on, place belongings on, etc. She didn’t wash her hands or the counter after doing these things. Simply unsanitary.

We booked 3 nights in room 223 during a renovation of our house here in town and that room had a terrible odor. It smelled of sandalwood and Earth with a hint of mushrooms and must. I spoke to the night time manager and the daytime manager over the phone. The night manager offered to switch rooms with us on our last night but we decided to go home instead. They did not offer any other compensation.

Staff is amazingly friendly, rooms are clean, bed is comfy with quality sheets!

Ive never had such hospitality, humor, banter with appreciation and acknowledgement of my loyalty and status to choice privelages over the years! Shout out to Eli and staff for going WAY above and beyond to make me feel special and my stay memorable. This is hands down best hotel ive been in, in this area (and i know i live on the road?)with choice, the prices are awesome and from breakfast to rooms to amenities you will not be disappointed!

Was there for a week on business. Room was clean, bed comfortable, good set up for work, but the shower head is terrible! Breakfast was typical and filling. The fruit for waffles was a nice touch. Sadly, we did find a piece of moldy white bread. It was pretty obvious so not sure why person in charge of breakfast didn’t see. Had some excitement as we were coming in on night from work I hit the elevator button and the fire alarm started. So we ate dinner at the tables and watched the fire dept check everything out. The location has super easy access to the interstate, easy off and on. The only thing that upsets me about this and other stays is having to ask for service every day. I mean I pay the same as everyone else and should get daily service without needing to ask. The price was right and if it stays similar we would stay there again.

What a great low-cost option for staying in the Spokane area. This hotel is conveniently on the I-90 near Spokane Valley Mall. The front desk staff are awesome and very helpful. I called to reserve a room and found out they price match – I provided a lower price at another Choice Hotels location in the area and I received a matching rate that was much lower than originally quoted, so keep that in mind when booking. The included free hot breakfast was tasty, though the coffee wasn’t very good. We used the pool and hot tub one evening and it was great to have. Our room was comfortable and quiet, no complaints. All in all I’d recommend this place for sure when staying in the Spokane area.
