Authentic Guest Reviews for Worcester Hotels Featuring In-Room Jacuzzis and Hot Tubs
Good clean budget motel. Nothing fancy but an indoor heated pool. Breakfast only no restaurant for lunch or dinner. Plenty parking. Surprised that they did not provide water bottles in the rooms, a minor issue. Friendly front desk staff.
A reasonably priced hotel that delivers on everything a hotel should! Our room was clean, and the staff were fantastic. Whoever put up the Christmas decor did a beautiful job – so festive and welcoming. Payton at the front desk was especially sweet, and the older woman working breakfast today (12/31/23) did a great job on a very busy morning. I thought she could have used some help due to the higher volume for New Year’s, as she really got slammed when the dining area was full. I am completely pleased with my stay and would like to say thanks again to the hard-working team here!
What an incredible Team/Staff at this hotel. Your customer focused effort is evident from the front desk agents to the housekeepers, including the breakfast and bar personnel. The overall facility cleanliness and maintenance was outstanding both inside and outside; the swimming pool was pristine.
I LOVE THIS HOTEL! We were delighted and impressed from the moment we checked in. Peyton was incredibly helpful, and even gave us a whole page of restaurant recommendations. The pool area was lovely and clean, the hot tub was a JOY! Our suite was adorable, comfortable, clean, spacious, and much nicer than we’d expected at this reasonable price. And there’s a Cracker Barrel in the parking lot!!! We had such a nice time that we booked an unexpected second night, and plan on coming back soon!
My husband, friends, and family stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Sturbridge Massachusetts this past weekend for our wedding. From the very beginning, all hotel staff we encountered were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They were easy to coordinated a block of rooms with for the wedding party. When we arrived, it was evident how hard the staff work to keep the facility clean and guests happy. We were always greeted by a friendly face at the front desk. All of our needs were accommodated quickly and professionally. Others who stayed with us agreed the hotel was a very nice experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. And truly every nook and cranny was incredibly clean! They even displayed a meaningful sign at the entrance, welcoming our guests. We could not have asked for a more safe, comfortable, friendly place to stay for our important day! Thank you to all involved!
Except location everything else is bad. For the premium price we play including a mandatory “destination charge” of $30/day fee that must be spent in the hotel before noon, we would expect better service and amenities. Laundry wasn’t picked up despite filling the form and giving front desk the laundry bag by 10am. The front desk simply forgot to call laundry vendor. Terrible Staff, mostly untrained and clueless. There is no room service till 4pm.
This hotel is in a great location walking distance to a variety of different places. The food at the restaurant is tasty. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel staff is very hospitable and friendly. Great experience the multiple times I’ve stayed here.
Location was great. We had got a $25 certificate to spend either at the Starbucks or restaurant in the hotel & we used it on 3 beers at the bar. The bartender said he took care of it after giving him the certificate but our room was charged. Door man went above and beyond and provided us with the best service.
This hotel is right on the silver line for easy access to the airport. But no other T station is close. I saw a lot of airline pilots checking in. Still not too far from the tourist areas but you’ll have to walk or take the bus to get there. Room was a bit smaller than I expected but nice otherwise. I slept well on the bed.
The hotel was amazing. We had a great stay over the weekend and enjoyed ourselves very much. The hotel had great amenities. The gym was awesome, while the pool was just one small lap pool it was enough for just the weekend. The entire time the staff was amazing and showed above excellent service. Everything was very clean and modern. The room was satisfactory. In general, the rooms were a little outdated and older looking. The bathroom was the most disappointing. Overall it was fine, but very outdated for the appearance of the hotel. Besides that one little flaw it had so many great things. We would definitely stay here again soon! Thank you.
