Absolutely beautiful cabin inside and an incredible view of the river and nature outside! Cabin is extra special with two king suites and extra fancy spacious bathrooms. Kitchen is huge and well stocked. Outside porch/patio with hot tub and fireplace is relaxing. Decor is rustic and modern…an absolute gem. When you need to get away from the city this is a perfect place to unwind and feel one with nature again.

This was an amazing getaway. Normally photos are taken in such a way.to make the accommodations look better. In this case, the photos do not do this place justice. Simply amazing! Wife and I are already planning our next getaway.

This location is in a word, spectacular. Beautiful construction, tasteful artwork, a gourmet kitchen (which we made full use of!) and a deck with an exterior fireplace that made evenings sitting on the deck listening to the Cartecay a relaxing, peaceful experience. So nice we had to extend our stay for an extra day. A definite must do….again!

We stayed here last March just as a getaway. Wow! what a beautiful place. Enjoyed sitting in the living room with the sliding doors open and listening to the river. Everything about this house is high quality. While there we discovered the Georgia Wine Highway. We have recently booked our return trip and look forward to making more memories here.

The cabin was beautiful, however, there was a pipe outside the laundry room that admitted a horrible odor that seeped into the laundry room, and the kitchen the smell was of pure sewage. We had to call the after hour manager and she did an amazing job. Her name was Kim . during the day when we called their phone number and pressed option two we received no phone call back and no support fortunately the after hours maintenance man named Ryan gave me his phone number and I was able to contact him to get help. Ryan was amazing, several times Richard during regular business hours maintenance man had to come out and fix things. He was great also, but Ryan was the true hero of our vacation as southern comfort cabin rentals never called me back or offered Support at all. Only one that would do It was Ryan who was a maintenance man not customer service. I would rent this cabin again, but I would really make sure where that sewage pipe is coming from and find a cabin where it would be in a different area so as that horrible smell would not seep into the house at all location was beautiful maintenance men were wonderful. Customer service was obviously terrible because they never called us back. House was beautiful. and their instructions about Google GPS is not helpful at all. If you just google Blue Ridge Heights, it shows up the exact road that you need to turn right into just research Blue Ridge Heights on Google maps and you’ll find the exact road you need to turn right onto off of 76.

What an amazing experience we had using southern comfort cabin rentals. The cabin was beautiful impeccably cleaned. Had everything could ever ask for we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We will definitely be using them next time we visit Blue Ridge.

Stopped by their office to ask some questions about our rental and they were awesome. We stayed a weekend in the Main Street Cottage. This is an amazing 1 bedroom right next to Main Street. The cottage literally is steps from all downtown has to offer. Nice interior with all updated rooms. We will definitely rent again.

Cabin is nice and in good location. Main two problems were the keypad wasn’t functioning upon arrival. Support people said it would be 15 min to get a key brought out. It took over an hour so couldn’t check in until late. Hot tub wasn’t working so really didn’t get to use for first two days of our stay. They only fixed it after talking to the guy multiple times and asking for them to fix it. For the amount of money would have liked to see a bit more sense of urgency but everyone was super nice.

We rented the Hayes Haven cabin and Our cabin was absolutely beautiful!! Couldn’t be happier! Booking was super easy from the website and we are all pleased with our cabin. To our surprise, The cabin was stocked extremely well. They had spices, variety of cooking utensils, pans, pots everything we needed and then some. The entire cabin was stocked better than any place Ive visited before. The cabin was super clean and absolutely breathtaking. We Will def use this company again and would recommend it to everyone. We went as a group of 6 that included 3 teenagers, and 3 adults and we had more than enough room in this cabin. Not to mention 3 full bathrooms which made getting ready very easy. Anyone looking to stay in this area should def check it out. We can’t thank you enough for the hospitality and amazing stay!! Hope to see you soon.
